I would stay here again for cleanliness, location and the excellent little takeaway up the road (Latte on Lake) for exc
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable.
Was walking distance to shops, restaurants etc.

Cons:

Room was a little sterile (maybe some inexpensive posters etc would be nice)
Wasn’t aware there was a flight of stairs to get to my room until I got the key, and then had to go back down the street to access the entrance in the rain.
I was travelling on my own (67yr woman) but luckily the cleaner helped me up the stairs with my bags.
A compendium is always a great idea - recommendations for breakfast, upcoming events, entertainment etc as well as operating instructions eg air con, tv …
One major gripe was the second time I almost fell from the bottom step (it was such a big drop down to small foyer)

Le studio était conforme à la description spacieux propre dans l'ensemble sauf les rideaux bien placé.

Cons:

Les reproches de la dame qui nous a accueilli car nous avait appelé plusieurs fois pour l'heure d'arrivée mais mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas sur place j'ai bien répondu sur booking pour l'heure d'arrivée de plus elle nous a fait attendre 30min devant.
