Boulevard Hotel

When we got to our room, we found it very unclean and unsanitary we requested a new room which had apparently been cleaned we were told. It was in the same condition as the previous room, we found dust bunnies Everywhere! There were cobwebs on the walls. There was a pubic hair next to the microwave and sugar all over the bench. We had tea stains in our cups. There was a burnt out light above the bed that had melted and was full of dust and was unsafe to use. Our bedsheets all had stains on them and were not clean at all, yuck!!! The mattresses underneath the protector were mouldy and the one roll of toilet paper we had had been wet with something yellow and had dried and was all crispy. We are very upset about the whole experience and very disappointed. The staff were not helpful as they just said they were fully booked, not interested in customer care at all. The pictures on the website do NOT match what is actually what u get...

Lights not working in Room, Spa Bath not working, RCD tripped in circuit board. Disgusting dirty carpets in reception, exhause from Restaurant Kitchen right by front door so entrance and reception stunk of cooking oil. ( even leaving in the morning )

Shower didn't work properly, it dribbled and flooded. It looked as if the room had not been refreshed.. Sheets not changed. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Coffee and tea not replenished. Insufficient glasses and no cutlery or bowls and plates. Bed was hard.
We had stayed earlier in the year (different room) and the room we had then was great, but this time it was not good.
Will think twice before booking again.

Shared toilet space on ground floor.

Found reception area unclean and had a strange odour, this was also in the hallway on the floor we stayed. Room had a musty old smoke smell that stayed even when opening windows. Hairs on floor in shower and bathroom floor, long light in bathroom didn't work so bathroom was dark. Sheer curtains had several holes that look like cigarette burn holes. Let reception know.

Lift was not working. Some lights not working in room. Generally felt like the place was not well maintained

The communal kitchen was not clean. It was hard to find a clean bowl and cutlery. The laundry facilities, also in the communal kitchen, were in continuous use by the staff washing sheets and towels and they didn’t want to let patrons use the machines. I used the two cups in my room to make coffee and they were never replaced the whole week.

Filthy! Bathroom was ok, but some towels stained. Bed was ok linen clean. Carpet was disgusting, stained and sticky in the living-kitchen part. Kitchen poorly equipped and not at all clean. Entry glass doors dirty how hard is it to keep those clean!

The dryer & washing machines were running ALL night on the floor below, so it was very hard to sleep...not quiet. 5 nights here was gar too long.

The shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out unless I held it..not easy while showering...this was room 1000. Needs fixing.

No welcome to room information about the shared kitchen with cutlery etc.

The cleanliness left something to be desired and the place smelt funky

The shower head in our room was faulty. Reported it on our way out and was told that they were aware of it.
