Pros:

Located at the center of downtown although difficult to access by car. Offers parking.

Cons:

Only one lift working and it’s used for service. So long waits. Even worse if there’s a conference.
Breakfast buffet was mediocre.

Pros:

This hotel is wonderfully placed and beautifully decorated. Our bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. Parking was easy. All the staff were welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for longer.

Cons:

There was no toilet rolls in the toilet for the function rooms and no hand soap available.
Only one lift was in use and in the morning it took at least 10 minutes waiting for the lift

No dining
Very poorly stocked bar (no wine and no mixers)
Only one card machine meant we waited 10 minutes to order a drink from an empty bar
Breakfast was below average, coffee was not fresh
No telephone in the room
Reception didn't answer when we rang for 30 minutes via mobile
Parking next door was poorly lit multi storey, trapped inside and hotel manager had to unlock gates

Cons:

I have limited mobility and access for restaurant the first 2 days, wasn't available. However Madhu was very excellent and now I have access for meals. Thank you.
