The hotel had a relaxed vibe and to a very good standard.
Pros:

It was a well run relaxed hotel the front desk staff were pleasant and efficient.
The room was fully as I expected

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Great central location, main reception and bar area very clean and nice atmosphere, bar staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Room was small but clean and had everything i needed for 1 night, really nice shower, there was a slight issue with the air-conditioning unit as it was dripping onto the carpet.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Ana at the front desk was exceptionally diligent. All staff were super helpful though.

Cons:

Only 1 lift working. Literally the only negative could think of.

Mooi hotel in centrum
Pros:

Mooi gebouw en comfortabele kamer. Mooi ingericht. Fijne locatie in het centrum. Parkeergarage ernaast, kost wel 19 pond

Needs maintenance and better customer service
Pros:

The location is good but that is probably the only thing I liked

Cons:

Numerous issues with my stay. One lift was out of order so there was a queue to go upstairs to the room. The carpet in the room was threadbare. It was not possible to stand under the shower as it was set too low. The window above the bed was drafty.

The other major issue was the hotel were unable to issue an invoice on check out and have been ignoring all requests for one. Even Booking.com were unable to get a response
