La ubicación, peeo no vale la pena gastarse tanto dinero en un hotel solo por estar en la misma pza s.marco, si al final solo lo usas para dormir. Y si es por ascensor tampoco pq no funcionó en toda la semana.

Cons:

El hecho de tener que estar dejando y pidiendo la llave cada vez q entras y sales es bastante incómodo.

Kvalitní hotel přímo na náměstí S.Marco. Vynikající pestrá snídaně, fantastické capucíno👏.Ideální pro romantický pobyt. Sice dosti malý pokoj, ale za velmi rozumnou cenu v této nadstandardní lokalitě👍

Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa, a pochi passi dal Duomo di San Marco che si può vedere dalla finestra. Hotel lussuoso, con arredamenti ricercati e preziosi. Camera ampia e bagno elegante. Colazione fantastica, ricca di pietanze dolci e salate.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è modesto. A mio avviso, per i servizi offerti, la cifra spesa è stata al di sopra del dovuto.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel zentral in der Lage um Venedig zu erkunden und schnell überall zu sein.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell, man ist direkt am Markusplatz und kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Der Blick direkt auf den Dom ist sehr schön und aussergewöhlich. Vor allem, ween es in der Stadt ruhiger wird, kann man einfach noch einmal über der Marktplatz schlendern und die Atmosphäre genießen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Es war keine Problem aus einem Doppelbett 2 Einzelbetten zu machen.

Cons:

Unter unserem Zimmer war eine Bar. Am Wochenende war von dort die Musik relativ laut bis weit über Mitternacht. Der Teppichboden des Hotels ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

The hotel gave us a real taste of Venice. I would stay here again but not in a standard room.
Pros:

The location is perfect just off St Mark’s Square and the staff are friendly and helpful. They will arrange onward travel for you and the porter will take you and your luggage to water taxis.Breakfast buffet as inclusive is good. The hotel is quaint and traditional and right in the hub of Venice.

Cons:

There are stairs to access reception and no lift. The corridors have steps and single steps would benefit from being highlighted to save stumbles. However, the porter will take luggage up but you don’t know that on arrival. I booked a standard room and that was a mistake as it was very small with a short bed and no seat apart from one small stool. If the breakfast had not been included the cost would have been €35 and definitely not value for that price. If you have mobility difficulties or physical challenges this would not be the hotel for you.
