Location staff is friendly beds are comfortable

Cons:

That i went to ask for quarters and the lady that was there said she did not have any in her drawer why have a laundry room if they dont have quarters

Convenient add affordable for one night.
Pros:

The staff was friendly although the staff on the kitchen were NOT.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was not clean. J I didn’t feel so comfortable with it.

I reserved this room due to the proximity to the airport.
Pillows and mattress were too plush. Not my cup of tea. Room was very clean which is an extreme plus.

Convenient, reasonable, friendly staff.
Pros:

We were stuck overnight in Phoenix and needed a quick place to stay that was near the airport and reasonably priced. Not only did they pick us up from the airport at no charge, but took us to a nearby restaurant at no charge, AND took us back to the airport the following morning at no charge. After a stressful experience at the airport, we were relieved to be so well taken care of.
