Avoid this Hilton and Real CO soccer
Pros:

This Hilton is greedy and dirty. Get ready for steep prices. I book 2 rooms about $165+ each. Breakfast not included. I get there and they want another $30 a night for the rooms to be together. Then they put a water bottle for $3 in your room. A smart water at their store is $9 and a can of coke is $3. Do yourself a favor and just walk to the 7-11. Water bottle, coffee, cokes $1.

The hotel is dirty. Check out the photo of the carpet. Doesn’t look like they whip down the furniture. They barely mop. We had to keep requesting towels and sheets to look for one without yellow stains and hairs. Parking lot spaces are small so be prepared to get door dinged.

My family and I get back to the hotel from a long day on Sunday in May. There was 4 or so kids about 11 year olds playing soccer on the 4th floor. There are other guests confronting them. I find out later they’re from real CO soccer. Disrespectful little kids saying their parents let them. Horrible parents letting their kids turn a hotel hallway into a soccer field.

My wife her dad and my 7 month old go to the pool. After a bit, the parents don’t want to deal with their kids so they send the kids to turn the pool area into a soccer field unsupervised. No lifeguard and no staff at the pool but they let kids in unsupervised. They’re doing flips and kicking a soccer ball at all the guests. These little phycopaths hit my wife with the soccer ball while she’s holding our 7 month old. Our baby runs into grandpa. A bruise starts forming the next day. She goes to the manager and the manager is completely worthless. The kids run off. The staff and parents will only care if one of the kids busts their heads or drowns. Then you got to hope a guest will help and some might not.

We all go to dinner to cool off. Come back and there’s still kids playing soccer in the hallways. I definitely avoid this hotel to avoid the kids with no parent supervision from real CO soccer!

Will be back again!
Pros:

We stayed at the Doubletree hotel for almost 3 weeks. It was a wonderful experience and good value. We use the pool every day, a breakfast every morning, and often would stop and chat with the front desk in the evening times. Leycha was so friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything. Nice pet friendly area to walk the dog and everything was always really clean. We enjoyedour stay and definitely will be back.

Generous free shuttle to/from airport; very comfortable hotel if you want to stay in Aurora
Pros:

This is a clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly, efficient and personable staff (at least the ones we met). It is incredible that they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport despite being around 40 minutes away. The Irish-themed restaurant is a real bonus, and the food and beverages there were very good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

One of the treadmills in the fitness room was broken, but there were 2 others for use.
