Stay away!!!

Extremely disappointing and unsafe stay!

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The “reception area” was dirty, and the staff were disrespectful and unhelpful. The restaurant was also very noisy.
The room had several basic problems. The sockets were located in very impractical places, making it difficult to use appliances. The kettle was broken and caused me serious burns on my fingers. The hairdryer was also broken and couldn’t be used. Staff didn’t come to clean the room although indicated the request on the door.
However, the most serious incident involved my colleague, who was locked inside his room because the door lock malfunctioned. We notified the hotel at 5:30, but there was no staff on site until 7:15 a.m. The owner refused to call a locksmith before staff arrived to confirm that the lock was actually broken. Only then was a locksmith called.
Despite notifying the hotel about the problem, it took approximately three hours before my colleague was finally able to get out of the room. As a direct result, we missed our train and important business meetings.
This is completely unacceptable. A hotel must provide basic safety, cleanliness, functioning equipment, and, above all, assistance when a guest is trapped inside a room.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I like the cleanliness, the big bed and the sport channels open to see them. You could have achieved an exceptional review if you had placed a fridge in there. The room being on the 4th floor we needed to chill some drinks and it wasn't one to put them in. You have lots of room to fit one. We were in room 23 and you could place one under the TV or the table were the kettle is.

Cons:

An inconvenience was that the room was on 4th floor and you couldn't use the lift from 11 pm to 7 am as you access to the lift through the restaurant. You should look at ways of changing this situation.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and the room was well equipped.

It’s about 15 mins walk to the train station but it’s not a huge con.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.
Pros:

The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed and a small ensuite. The room was very clean and did not smell of food despite the indian gastro pub downstairs. Great proximity to Lords Cricket Ground and the Edgeware Road whilst being on a quiet residential road. Will stay again.

Cons:

The breakfast was a very simple affair, hot drink, cereal, toast, pastries and a bit of whole fresh fruit and though that suited most people, I could see a few people disappointed there was nothing hot.

En promotion oui mais sinon ne vaut absolument pas le prix demandé
Pros:

Nous avons eu une offre de dernière minute via booking : 90€ la nuit par chambre ( nous en avions deux). À ce prix il n’y a rien à dire cela vaut vraiment la peine ! Par contre ce n’est absolument pas un 4 étoiles. C’était très propre et confortable cependant.

Cons:

Le bruit incessant car situé au dessus d’un pub. Musique, bruit, l’entrée se fait via le pub c’est très étrange. Les portes des chambres claquent très fort et pour rien car elles ont une serrure… le personnel ( une famille indienne ?) n’est pas très souriant et sympathique. Le quartier est vraiment le point noir: edgware road est vraiment très mal fréquenté , ça craint. Nous avons essayé le plus possible de passer par le bus 139 de l’autre côté .

Excellent VFM with lovely evening meal
Pros:

Friendly staff, with excellent food in the restaurant downstairs. The room was comfortable, clean and in this hot weather the AC was very welcome. Even though the room was above the bar, sound proofing was excellent and didn't bother me at all. Very good value for money and would return.

Cons:

Whilst the staff were super helpful it was very busy when I arrived so a bit confusing as check-in was at the bar and wasn't exactly clear where I was going. Very minor point overall though.

Could have done with a small bedside lamp as opposed to the single dimmer switch for the main light. Again minor.
