Pros:

The staff was very nice and friendly.

Cons:

They don't have room services. I had to pay 1800 MAD to upgrade to a suit just to have a coffee machine and a refrigerator.
The room was full of spiders , dirty, they only come and make the bed, and even that I had to require. I took pictures, the same spots 2 days in a row, hasn't been cleaned.
Two days later, I left the room, but no cleaning has been done, I came back to find the room exactly how I left it.
