The bar area was great. Food and wait staff was great.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were really helpful, including the front desk clerk Brandon, including the breakfast staff, and my housekeeper. Room was nicely kept, and spacious. They have an outdoor pool as well, which I used to run some laps, due to my lower back being problematic. Can't wait to come back !
Bed bugs!! very bad might not see them until you really look don’t care if a room is infected, they will still give you that room, this place have rats!!! The breakfast they give you guys oldddd & they let it sit warm overnight to warm it up & remake it in the morning. Fruit flies in the soda Machines!! The hotel is very unprofessional & I will not recommend staying here ever I had the worst experience ever . Please do not stayyy here I know this for sure !!!!! Pictures to show!!!
There was a large group of soccer families that checked into this hotel, after staying at a less than desirable hotel in the area. We were greeted warmly, efficiently, and quickly, even though there were 10 families that needed a room immediately. Kim and the front desk staff took care to secure our rooms, explain the benefits, and helped us get familiar with the various ammenties. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. We purchased the breakfast for the soccer players, which was so full of a variety of different dishes, both hot and cold, and also very delicious. The staff made sure we felt welcome to host team lunches and pizza dinners in the lobby, and wouldn't even let us clean the floor afterwards. The pool area was beautiful and large, and the boys and siblings enjoyed it immensely! Anytime we needed anything, the staff saw to our needs in very short order. Kim even called a couple of laundromats for me, ensuring the location I picked was safe and would take care of my needs. We were very happy with the location, the staff, and the accomodations!
The room was not clean. The second and third night , they hardly cleaned the room. Fresh towels, but no coffee, no cups, no vacuuming.
Also, the outdoor spaces were NOT clean . No cushions on the couches, cigarette butts, leaves and dirt all around the edges. Tables were not wiped.
It was like those old school hotels. A little aged but aged gracefully. Wish we had more tome to enjoy the pool.
My only complaint was looking at an unfinished roof out the windiw of room 306.

Room wasn’t clean
Whichever lady was collecting breakfast vouchers from 9-10am on March 13th, 2026 was going out of her way to disrupt our breakfast. I’d rather pay for breakfast elsewhere than be criticized for “sleeping in” and “showing up right before close” (we still had 30 minutes). She made sure to complain to her coworkers right next to us so we could hear. The poor gal who was on shift with her was put in a bad spot due to her loud remarks and my group felt insulted. Whoever she was, she did a great job of making us feel unwelcome and embarrassed, even.
The bar and the bartender.
Seemed far away from other restaurants and amenities (not much within walking distance).
The exercise facility was great l.
It was a bit pricey for the quality of the room.
Breakfast was outstanding, room was cozy, shower was great, bed was comfy
I didn't get my breakfast vouchers or even know about them when I checked in. So when I ate the next morning I thought I could just leave and looked foolish.
Location
The shower had NO bath wash. My booking stated breakfast was included. When we got to the in-house breakfast provider, they asked if we had a voucher. We stated we did not receive on at check-in. After our waitress checked she came to our table and told us that breakfast was NOT included in our stay. For a $300.00 room we thought this was ridiculous!
