L emplacement et les chambres spacieuses

Nice and peaceful place to stay at.
Pros:

I liked how the room was kept clean by the housekeeping staff named Aditta, always courteous, kind and attentive.
I had room 10105 and surrounding was quiet like how I requested for. Security was at the highest standards that made me feel safe.

Cons:

The neighbor next to me that smoked marihuana each morning and evening. For the rest everything was really good

The bellmen and front desk staff were AMAZING!
Pros:

The location is great!

Cons:

The only downfall we spent 2 nights there,from the very first night we asked for IT to come take a look at our television in the room,he didn’t come the first day we requested the second and still was a no show.

The check out process during early morning hours needs improvement.
Pros:

The location

Cons:

I requested golf cart transportation for luggage transport from my room to the front desk, but it never showed up.
Arriving at the Front desk for check out, there was no one to attend me.
Ringing the bell and shouting did not help either.
It's the second time I get this treatment at this hotel, when I have an early morning scheduled flight. .
That's why, on the point of check out attention my score is "Bad"...!

The rooms were comfortable, needs some upgrades. Property needs alot of work but my stay was still comfortable.
Pros:

I like that the location was in close proximity to everything. The rooms were cleaned daily and had restaurants on site. We an attended help us with our bags to our room and always had security onsite 24hrs. The check process was easy.

Cons:

I felt the outside property was ran down and has so much potential. The grass was dead and resort look abandoned I disliked the long walk we had to take from the parking lot to our rooms. Our rooms had a kitchen area however it was usable. We were not able to use the sink and it had a sign on it.
