The location is convenient
The staff at the front desk is not kind with customers. I have to wait until 3 pm to be able to check in. I can say the building was not full. Why have you left the guest waiting three hours in the lobby just to follow the rules?

The garage elevator was not working on Sunday so I can pull my car out, has to use Uber. The staff front desk and the restaurant don’t have good skills. El elevador del garaje dejó de funcionar y no podía sacar el auto del sótano. No tienen sentido de urgencia, poca capacitación al personal para atender solicitudes de los clientes.
The garage have an elevator that the staff manage. When you arrive at the property you have to wait outside for them to come to open which an inconvenience. El garage tiene un elevador que deja de funcionar. Si usted viene de noche tiene que esperar afuera que le abran la puerta del elevador del garage.
