Would not stay again. Wifi did not work in room, which makes travelling for qork sifficult.

Location was great. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms were nice.

Cons:

They need to Fix ice machine on 4th floor and have the receptionist explain the breakfast voucher to guests upon check in. I would have to go down to the 3rd floor for ice (not end of world but still annoying) and when I went to get breakfast from the little buffet that I assumed was a continental one I had the breakfast staff lady very rudely approached me and make me feel like I was stealing food because I didn’t have a voucher and no one explained it wasn’t included or that I’d need to charge it to my room. I felt embarrassed and like the breakfast lady was rude about the situation. It was a basic continental buffet, not anything special and cost $14 just for a bagel and a yogurt. Also we found out from another guest one do the side doors was broken and couldn’t use the key card to access that way, also something the front desk didn’t inform us of.

Pros:

The rooms were nice, the hotel itself was clean and the location was good for our trip.

Cons:

The front desk staff couldn’t answer simple questions. The elevators seemed like they needed to be inspected.
