Disappointed, but when I complained, I was given a small discount on our stay.
Pros:

we didn't have breakfast

Cons:

The floor was sticky with spots of something that had spilled and not been cleaned up.
The light over the sink flickers for a long time.
There were only 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. After calling the desk, someone came to clean & bring more towels.

Pleasantly surprise on how nice it is and will most definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros:

There are lots of space in the first floor to hang around. The staff were very nice and courteous. Parking was very easy and the place was very quiet.

Cons:

The restaurant can do a little make over. Menu for the free breakfast was very limited and some of the items on it was already all sold out.

Good but not sure I'd stay again with the noise issue.
Pros:

Breakfast only available one of the two days I stayed.
Room was nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean!

Cons:

The rooms have very poor soundproof, I could hear my neighbors talking, walking etc!

This is a very noisy hotel and not well maintained. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that were much nicer. I have no idea how this place received positive reviews.

We would stay again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and I liked that there were different room options we could choose from. It was also very close to our location.

Cons:

We got in late so we couldn't use the pool.
