Sehr nett eingerichtete Zimmer mit Stil.
Kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet was keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Ein sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal was immer wieder
nachgelegt. Großes Danke dem gesamten Team von Rezeption bis Küche.

Kostenloser Parkplatz, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Restaurant vorhanden. Gute zentrale Lage. Frisch sanierte Zimmer, geschmackvoll gestaltet.

Cons:

Wenig Platz. In unserem Zimmer gab keine Ecke um einen normalen Koffer zu öffnen, außer auf dem Bett. Und da kann man ihn ja nicht liegenlassen.

Freundliches Personal, relativ gut renovierte Zimmer.

Cons:

Brot am Frühstücksbuffet hatte Schimmel (blau-grün). Reklamation wurde ohne Entschuldigung zurückgenommen. Grau- und Weißbrot in verschlossenen Plastiktüten schwitzt und muss zwangsläufig schneller schimmeln. Fahrstuhl schmutzig. Restaurant hat trotz ausgehängter Speisekarte am Samstagabend geschlossen?

Pros:

Alles sehr sauber und zum wohlfühlen.
Das Frühstücksbüffet (gegen Aufpreis von 16,50€) war phantastisch. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und war allemal das Geld wert. Sehr sehr lecker 😋
Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus.

Cons:

WLAN hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Ich war aber auch ganz außen untergebracht und konnte das für eine Nacht gut verkraften 😁

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

In Riesa inmitten des Gründerzeit Viertel liegt das Hotel in einer Nebenstraße. Zur Stadthalle Riesa, sowie zur Arena sind es zu Fuß nicht mal 20 Minuten. Also für einen Event Besuch in den vorgenannten Häusern ist das Hotel perfekt gelegen. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung und sind mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten versehen. Das Hotel hat einen Aufzug und ist damit barrierefrei.

Cons:

Leider geht über booking.com die Buchung nur ohne Frühstück. Das schlägt dann nochmals mit 16,50 Euro pro Person zu Buche. Schade das sich dieser Fakt erst bei Ankunft ergeben hat.
