great location and price.
Pros:

Anu at front desk was excellent. She had a difficult woman customer who only had a paper iD, and refused to pay $100 deposit. She was very rude and Anu handled her professionally. I had a great check in and check out with Anu. Great lit parking and I stay here when I go to Houston. Just 5 min from Galleria.

Not the best area; staff absent at checkout
Cons:

When I was checking out at 11am, hotel staff was nowhere to be found. I was calling the property, and waiting. Eventually I spoke with the ladies cleaning the rooms in another building in Spanish, and they called the staff to help me check out.

This is essentially a motel that got updated rooms. It is not the nicest area in town, let's put it that way.
