Disrespectful staff, and definitely not trained in hospitality
Pros:

Nothing we didn’t make it past the disrespectful, front desk, crew, and the dirty lobby

Cons:

The front desk crew and the manager were incredibly disrespectful and rude. The front lobbies couches were dirty.

Great mini vacation.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was decent, there was a lot of street construction but that wasn't the hotels fault. Our room was ready before check-in and we were allowed to check-in early which was nice. The breakfast was delicious. Whatever shampoo and conditioner is in the bathroom is AMAZING.

Cons:

Walls in the room were a little scuffed and dirty, not disgustingly so, just in a normal wear and tear sort of way. Shower was very slick inside had to be careful not to slip.
