I like almost everything about my stay. The rooms are clean and nice. The hall looks luxurious. Breakfast was good and nice balcony view.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like was the parking. We booked the hotel online with a third party and didn’t know parking weren’t free.We got there at around 3 AM in the early morning but our estimate arrival was 5-6 AM which I noted in my booking.
When we got there the staff at the door thankfully let us in but the lady at the front desk told us we were lucky to be able to get in for a check in at that time otherwise, we weren’t supposed to get in without keys at that time which were not mentioned in the booking. It’ll let you choose your estimate arrival time which we thought will work.
Other than that, everything was great ✨

Pros:

Great location in Downtown Indianapolis. Very comfortable bed, immaculate room, nice breakfast included and a great bar too. The staff were very friendly, especially Payton at checkin.

Great hotel but parking is expensive.
Pros:

Everything was good until 2 days before check in I got the email about having to pay $52 a day to park.
The hotel should work out a discount for guests.

A pleasant hotel other than it being in a very noisy part of town. I would not stay here again for that reason.
Pros:

The room was generously sized.
The gym was well-equipped.
The breakfast had many choices.
The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Incredibly noisy. My reservation was made months in advance and I requested a quiet room after reading past comments. I arrived late in the evening and a concert had just concluded across the street so the lobby was full and loud. I was given my room key and asked if it was a quiet room as requested. I was handed a pair of ear plugs. I then discovered my room was on the corner of the two busy streets that front the property. This was the noisiest hotel stay ever. Music until late, motorcycles echoing until early morning, and construction beginning at 6:00am on the new building across the street. If you intend to get any sleep here, INSIST on a room in the back of the hotel below the swimming pool. Or stay somewhere quieter near the river.
