I dint like it for the price
The ac in my room dint work and I try calling hotel and no one would answer
The room was very clean and everything was easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would come back again if there’s a concert nearby.
The parking lot was confusing at first but then you’ll get around.
The hotel is really nice and located close to good dining and activities
Price was a little high
We arrived for a two night stay 2 queen beds 9th floor. The room was extremely hot when we arrived and turned the AC on. After an hour the ac was not cooling the room so we called for service. They came right away and replaced a very filthy filter. We went out for the night and when we came back the room had not cooled down much. The next morning we reported it and they said they would send someone up. That evening an alert came on stating it needed service so we reported it a third time. It was never fixed.
Twice we asked for towels. The first night we waited 2-:3 hours and had to request towels again. The 2nd night we requested towels they were never delivered. I had to go to the front desk the next morning to request towels.
There are very few outlets in the room. The lamp on the desk with two outlets didn't work at all so that left us only with two working outlets between the beds. Simply not sufficient.
My package included parking yet I was charged during the final bill for parking. I had to call back twice to request a copy of the bill to ensure I was refunded accordingly.
I've stayed here many times in the past and this by far was the worst experience I've had. The rooms also looked dated. The chair in our room looked dirty and there was a crack in our kitchen sink.
The staff also didn't go out of their way to be helpful or follow up. I received a text asking about our stay Sunday morning and I requested a follow up however no one ever contacted me. The staff isn't rude but they aren't apologetic and no one went out of their way despite the many challenges we faced.
It was a disappointing stay overall. There was plenty of parking and very convenient location in mission valley to nearby attractions.

The bed was comfortable.
The towels were stained and I refused to use them, the chair that set at the desk area had white stuff on it, and the air was not working properly. I am very disappointed and not happy about the stay.
Bed and pillows were comfy and location convenient
Drains plugged, shower was like a bath tub, unsure how staff properly cleans that. Sink drained super slow, again plugged. A/C broken when we arrived. Cleaned toilet seat with lysol wipe because we could see @ss print from previous guest. Wipe was literally black. Gross. Parking at 37 a night on top of being overpriced for a 3 star is outrageous. I wont be back because of that alone.
