Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room.

Cons:

Smoke detector battery had to be replaced twice in two days. The beeping was annoying. A complimentary breakfast would have been. Nice for the price of the stay.

Lines for the Elevator
Pros:

Front desk staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Overall the experience was comfortable my only complaint was there was a line for the elevator going and coming. I asked housekeeping for the stairs to the lobby however, because there was a language barrier that made communication difficult "although polite" she didn't understand my question.

Pros:

Appreciate the fact that they were upfront about letting us know there was no air conditioning for 2 days and compensating with free parking and breakfast buffet. The buffet was great. Lots of options and delicious. Great location.

Cons:

1. No AC during the summer vacation season.
2. Waiting until check-in to let guests know about the AC
3. The workers for the AC started before 7AM. Seriously -unacceptable.
4. Not super clean - just worn out. The showers - yuck - the place needs a refresh.
5. The guy at check-in clearly hates his job.

Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that my reservations had not been paid and that additional payment was required. I attempted to explain that all reservations had been made through Booking.com and that any questions regarding payment should be addressed through the booking channel. However, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and I was charged by the hotel.

Overall, We had a very positive and successful stay at the Hilton and will continue to do so for any future trips we mig
Pros:

Staff at the facility were great and very helpful. Everyone seemed happy and ready to help anyone. Rooms were clean, spacious, and overall made us feel comfortable. Parking isn’t an issue at all as there is plenty for anyone.

Cons:

The only issue I had with my stay at Hilton was their parking policy. If you don’t stay there for a certain amount of days, then you would have to pay 30$+ . I believe that you’re already spending a good amount for the room so not having that included I certainly see that as a negative.

Cons:

For starters, they were very booked and an elevator did not work, so as checkout time rolled up and staying in the 9th floor resulted into us waiting 15 minutes just for us to get on an elevator.
