The stay was good after all the initial issues were addressed. The dining staff in the main dining room did a great job

The location, the ambiance & the staff were very friendly, professional & responsive to our concerns

Cons:

The rooms we booked ( 2 double beds) was not what we were given.( we were given one single bed , twice). Had to recheck in 2 more times to get the right room. I think the check-in lady was distracted. The rooms were not adequately stocked. Had to call for simple things like iron. There was a smell ( like sewer smell) coming from the vent when you turn on the AC. There might be a dead rat or mouse in the vent. We were on the second floor.

My room was comfortable, always neatly made. Restaurant service ofcourse Morrocan and I enjoyed my dinner there. Good Pizza. Thanks Lalou you were patient with our group of 24 ladies.

El hotel ideal para una estancia en Casablanca
Pros:

Lo mejor, el personal (en recepción, en conserjería, en comedor, en el servicio de habitaciones...): muchas personas y todas encantadoras. Además, las habitaciones son preciosas y, en general, el hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones estupendas. Se agradece la amplitud de todos los espacios (habitaciones, comedor, hall...). La piscina es pequeña, pero está muy cuidada y contribuye a hacer más agradable la estancia en época de calor.
