Good option for a few days in NYC.
Pros:

Great staff, convenient location close to the metro just one stop from Manhattan
We had a room with a view of the city, fantastic. Breakfast included, but it is recommended to come a bit earlier.
Good option for us as a family of four

Cons:

The neighborhood is a bit shady, but we never had a difficult situation.

Excellent hospitality and food inside, but be prepared for a neighborhood that might feel a little scary at first glance

كان موظف الاستقبال خوسيه وقحا في تعامله و لا انصح به للعوائل العربيه يقع في منطقه شعبيه و العودة ليلا مخيفه بعض الشيئ و المكيف مزعج لانه وحدة خارجيه كذلك لايوجد الا مواقف امام الفندق فقط متاحه قليله ممكن 5 او 6 سيارات فقط عليكم الانتباه للحي قبل الحجز اغلبه من البشره السوداء

Pros:

Excelente habitación, espaciosa, piso 16 con una vista espectacular a toda la ciudad. La limpieza 10 puntos de igual manera, excelente la atención del staff. Disponibilidad de café y agua todo el dia.

Cons:

La ubicación no fue de nuestro agrado. Está a 20 minutos en subte de Times Square pero la zona es cuestionable. Cero agradable para caminar o comprar algo o incluso comer.
Y, el desayuno del hotel es muy mejorable. No hay suficiente espacio para sentarse y hay poca variedad (aunque en USA parece ser común).

Hotel nuevo, lindo con muy buena atención. Y vista al skyline de Manhattan increíble.

Al salir de la estación de Subway hay personas con mal aspecto, pero no molestan a los turistas, y hay
