Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias, amplias y las vistas fue genial. El personal muy amable siempre y aunque el desayuno no era muy variado siempre había suficiente. El sector no es muy bonito pero es muy fácil llegar, la estación de metro está a pocos minutos.

Lo bien conectado que está a Manhattan, las conexiones del metro, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias además de espaciosas, la accesibilidad del baño para persona con movilidad reducida también excelente.

Hôtel qui reste confortable et un bon rapport qualité prix pour New York
Pros:

Lit et salles de bain confortables, pas trop loin du métro (5min à pieds), petit dej plutôt pas mal (choix sucrés + salés mais redondant)

Chauffage qui faisait du bruit, pas mal de bruit dans la rue (du au quartier bien que pas dangereux..), eau pas très chaude dans la salle de bain, et pas possible de mettre Netflix sur la télé
Il me manquait un masque pour le visage à mon retour dans ma trousse de toilette, je m’interroge peut être faire attention à vos affaires.

Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber das Frühstück sollte deutlich verb
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal und gute Verbindung nach Manhattan. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider sehr schwach. Kleine Auswahl, wenig Platz zum Sitzen und in den letzten Tagen gab es nicht einmal Kaffee. Außerdem wurden Pappteller und Pappbecher benutzt, was heutzutage wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Wir haben schließlich das 21. Jahrhundert.

Het verblijf is prima
Pros:

De afstand naar de metro om vervolgens naar Manhatten te gaan is prima. Maar de wijk is grimmig met veel hanggroepjes op straat, op de hoek van de straat stond wel elke avond politie op wacht. De kamer was goed qua ruimte en de badkamer oogde schoon. Het bed werd elke dag opgemaakt en er lagen nieuwe handdoeken klaar. We hebben geen last gehad van geluid van buiten, je hoort wel een metro, maar niet hinderlijk. In en uitchecken verliep goed. Bij terugvlucht hebben ze de koffers ook voor ons achtergehouden, wat erg fijn is. Het hotel was voor ons prima om Manhattan te verkennen maar voor ons is de buurt, te zachte bedden, basic ontbijt en niet altijd effen witte handdoeken een reden om hier niet weer te komen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is vrij basic en daarom elke dag buiten de deur gegeten, omdat Manhatten gelukkig veel ontbijtplekken te bieden heeft. Bij het hotel staan plastic bordjes klaar met wat brood, bagel en er is wat beleg, verwacht niet een uitgebreid buffet. Locatie is prima omdat je binnen 2 straten de metro kan pakken richting Manhatten. Echter, de straten zijn redelijk grimmig door de niet-onderhouden gebouwen en veel groepjes die op de straat 'hangen' zitten of in de auto zitten. Voor ons ook een reden om in de avond niet laat terug te gaan naar het hotel en ook niet weer te boeken in dit gedeelte van New York.

De bedden voor 4 pers waren aan de erg smalle kant. De buurt van het het hotel was niet het meest veilig.

Ранее останавливались недалеко от этого отеля, поэтому имели представление о районе. Нам понравилось, что очень быстро на метро можно добираться до Таймс-сквер, и аэропорты. Как пишут другие, в самом районе иногда могут попадаться немного сомнительные личности по дороге от метро до отеля. Но до метро один квартал - поэтому все было норм. Сам отель приемлемый, хотелось бы конечно, чтобы номер был на Манхетен, и тогда бы оценку повысила. В целом, все было хорошо, завтраки стандартные, людей - путешествующих как мы много, но как-то мы всегда находили места на завтрак. Персонал помогал в вопросах. Спасибо

Localização. Ótimo custo benefício!
Pros:

Localização (próximo ao metrô e a Manhattan). Conforto (quarto amplo). Tem um excelente restaurante italiano próximo. Academia básica, com polia e halteres.

Cons:

Café-da-manhã: limitado.

Pros:

Struttura pulita. Ingresso metro a 5 minuti a piedi. Colazione continentale inclusa con varie opzioni.

Cons:

Purtroppo uno dei due ascensori è stato fuori uso per l'intera settimana. Inoltre, sarebbe stato utile ricaricare i flaconi dei prodotti per l'igiene personale.

Très bon hôtel, propre et vue exceptionnelle sur Manhattan
Pros:

Hôtel très propre !!! Le personnel est top ! Les chambres sont impeccables, et le service est super.

Nous avons eu la chance d’être au dernier étage avec la vue sur Manhattan, c’était magnifique !

Dans l’ensemble c’était un très bon séjour, nous étions à 15 min de times square en métro, et loin du bruit du centre, donc top. Comptez 5 min à pied jusqu’à métro.

Le personnel était super sympa et agréable.

Il y a une laverie dans la rue en face, c’est pratique.

En bonus, les boissons à disposition toute la journée avec fontaine à eau, top!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné ne varie pas, il était bien en soit mais au bout d’1 semaine ça devient redondant.
Le plus gros soucis c’est le manque de place pour s’asseoir si on arrive un peu tard au petit dej.

L’un des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas et n’a pas été réparé de la semaine. On devait attendre parfois 5-10 min qu’il soit vide (partagé avec le personnel) ou revienne au 16e étage. On n’a pas tenté les escaliers pour autant.

Pour les moins aguerris, le quartier peut surprendre mais les habitants sont dans leur monde en général. Au début c’était déroutant et au bout d’un moment on s’y fait.
