Clean, all room items Im working order
Pool closed. I knew ahead of time
The front desk lady name Pam was so helpful & kind. I must say she was Top Teir!!
Staff helpful.
Hot chocolate machine broken. No hot water in room. Pool closed. Furniture in lobby dirty.
Staff was amazing! Breakfast was ok.
Workout equipment need maintenance/replaced (Treadmill slipped horribly and was wobbly). Facility could use some maintenance and updating. Parking was not ideal.
The room was clean and most of the staff is very nice.
The lack of a pool. They had a pool but it was empty with a tarp half covering it and the front desk seemed a little irritated that I needed change for the laundry.
Only thing I liked was close to the hiway
The rooms looked like crap patch work everywhere.stains on the rug.looked like mold on the bathroom walls .the hair dryer needs to be replaced .otherwise will not stay here again.
Everything was so nice
No coffee pot in room
Our room was in a little hole off of the main rooms beside ice machine

Had to change rooms twice. The a/c was malfunctioning and the 2nd room the shower water never got hot
It was ok needed a little more work in the rooms the elevator was supper hot ,no air. Broken tiles .
Just a bit more work on the place.

The jets in the jetted tub were filthy, mold in the sink and tub especially the faucet area
It was clean, the staff was friendly
My room wasn’t cool enough, the AC wasn’t blowing and the curtains didn’t close to keep the light out
Location was excellent easy to transit
Noise level high. No isolation in the room
Amenities pool was closed during my entire stay in summer
Breakfast was a plus
