DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Deerfield Beach Boca Raton

We arrived to the hotel close to midnight on May 15 to 16, and the front desk staff member was noticeably unfriendly. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for the two complimentary water bottles that are normally provided.
Once we entered the room, we found dust covering the lamp beside the beds. Even worse, when my daughter got into her bed, she discovered blood on the sheet. I contacted the hotel multiple times and was repeatedly told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. When I finally spoke with a woman who said she was the manager, she dismissed my complaint and insisted there could not have been blood on the sheets, even though I have photographic evidence. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. As a result, I will never return to this hotel and would not recommend it to other.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.
A special thank you to Isabella, who made our experience even more memorable. She is an exceptional receptionist—warm, kind, attentive, and incredibly generous. Her outstanding customer service made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
We truly enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Isabella at the front desk is amazing. She is so attentive and pleasant and nice.
She seems to genuinely care about you having the best experience with your stay.

This is the only hotel we stay at when we are in the area.
Rooms are in great shape and very quiet.
I appreciated Arron at the front desk for putting up with all my questions.
Gina at the bar was such a genuine and pleasant person. We really enjoyed our drink there with her.
My only complaint is the fairly new practice of charging for parking. Just add the $15 into the room charge !!

The front people Ken and Isabella were nice. The restaurant on the property was good you have to eat down there or pick it up from downstairs because calling for room service nobody answers. Otherwise decent stay nothing to write home about.

The staff were friendly

Yes it is always nice staying here when I checked in Kenjay is always professional and remembers my name and it is always a good feeling on an a Monday being greeted by Gina's laughter along with Anita I have been here for 4 months during the week and they always do their best along with Joe the rest of the the week to make my feel as good as you are traveling. I am a Hiltons family member and can stay anywhere but il choose to stay here because of the professional and caring staff that | like.

Staff is exceptional from the breakfast crew, Priscilla, Greg and Morrison. From desk equally as good, Cory, Kenjay and Isabell.

Hannah always takes care of my bookings, another strong employee with exceptional follow up skills.

My boyfriend got this hotel booked for business and I just wanted to say the cookies they gave when you check in, were amazing! Also it gives a nice welcoming to the hotel.

Just wanna point out to outstanding people that work there. Mario, one of the servers in the restaurant. Every day we had breakfast there Mario was right on top of it. Super nice and everything was excellent. Also, Corey, who works behind the front desk was wonderful too. Very accommodating and helpful.

I recently hosted a leadership summit at the hotel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The meeting space was set up exactly as needed, accessibility accommodations were handled seamlessly, and every detail was managed with care and efficiency. Our attendees consistently shared positive feedback about both the venue and the overall experience. The food was also very well received by participants throughout the day.

Hosting an event involves countless moving parts, and it was clear that Fran, Jeff, Nathan, and their team take great pride in creating positive experiences for their guests. Their customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond played a significant role in the success of our summit.

I am grateful for the partnership and would not hesitate to host another event here in the future. Highly recommended for meetings, conferences, and special events.
