Pros:

O hotel possui uma ampla área, muito bem cuidada, com belo jardim, muitas cadeiras espreguiçadeiras e com acesso exclusivo a praia. Suas piscinas de águas termais ( 2 externas e 2 internas aquecidas) são excelentes, com vários elementos para massagens com jatos água que proporcionam um ótimo relaxamento. A localização do hotel é privilegiada para quem gosta de desfrutar de um belo por do sol. Nos dias que ficamos hospedados, havia musica ao vivo ao entardecer, o que deu um toque especial ao fim de cada dia. O único ponto fraco em minha opinião foram as refeições ( jantar) pois escolhemos a estadia com meia pensão. O menu inclui uma farta mesa de antepastos, um prato de massa/sopa ou risoto ( primeiro prato) e um prato de carne/frango ou peixe ( segundo prato) e uma sobremesa. Os antepastos eram ótimos, mas os pratos não tinham muita variação e nem variações. O preparo era descuidado...massa requentadas, risotos duros, batata frita já fria ...tipo comida em linha de produção. Pode ser para quem escolhe estar poucos dias no hotel seja uma boa opção. Na rua do hotel, bem próximo, há varias outras opções de restaurantes e o centro de Forio fica a uma curta caminhada de distancia.

First room given had mould and musty smell. They changed the room but should never have happened. Beach towels should be changed automatically or the night before. Breakfast good but evening meal not great, only ate evening meal once.

The Tritone was absolutely amazing!!! Will definetly be coming back to stay. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! The place is amazing the views were spectacular….highly recommend

Sicherlich eine der Top Adressen für Erholungsurlaub auf Ischia. Die Küche sollte neue Impulse bekommen und der Fitnessr

Lage fantastisch, Poolwelten außen und innen sehr schön, Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, tolle Bar, wunderschöne Aperitivos im Sonnenuntergang. Gartenanlage ein Traum . Gute Klimatisierung. Personal Rezeption sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Essen für italienische Verhältnisse etwas bescheiden. Gute Produkte, bisweilen wenig ambitioniert von der Küche verarbeitet und präsentiert. Hier ist definitiv mehr drin. Sauberkeit Innenpools verbesserungsbedürftig, aussen wurde dagegen immer top gepflegt. Und jetzt das größte Manko: Liebes Tritone, stattet den Fitnessraum neu aus . Außer dem Laufband kann definitiv alles auf den Schrott, Seilzugturm mit Multifunktion muss her und vernünftige Life ICG Indoorbikes. Das Ding geht gar nicht und es kommen auch viele Leute die Sport machen wollen.

Lo staff all’arrivo mi hanno dato la camera che ho prenotato , ma l aria condizionata non andava.
Poi un manutentore mi ha proprio confessato che avevano problemi data la lunga distanza tra la macchina e il motore posto su un tetto . Ho chiesto di cambiare camera e mi hanno chiesto prima una differenza di 480€ e poi di 350€
Quando il problema non era stato mio. Ho chiaramente pagato dato che viaggio con una bambina di 2 anni. Al check out ho richiesto un check out a pagamento come faccio in tutti gli hotel, ma mi hanno detto prima che

Poi non avevano camere e infine dopo aver visto che da booking cera la disponibilità mi hanno risposto con tono scocciato che dovevano mantenere delle camere libere per eventuali guasti ( e ci credo) o overbooking.
Insomma non volevano accontentarmi quindi SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Location fantastica, pulizia eccellente, cibo variegato (si può fare di più per un hotel 4 stelle) cordialità e disponibilità delle signore delle terme in particolar modo: Colomba e Serena.
