Pros:

La ubicación era espectacular, a dos cuadras de las termas y accesible caminando. La manzana era súper tranquila. La señora que nos atendió en el desayuno fue súper amable.

Nos pareció caro para lo que era. Si bien el hotel en sí es lindo, le falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza. El agua de la ducha demoró casi 20 minutos en salir caliente una locura , estábamos por ir a la recepción a avisar y notamos que empezó a entibiar. Las baldosas de la ducha estaban todas flojas y se llenaban de agua. Éramos 2 y las almohadas eran diferentes al punto que una parecía del 1800. No llegaba el wifi a la habitación. Había leído algunos comentarios de este estilo pero aún así le dimos una oportunidad, pero no volveríamos. Es una pena porque el lugar es hermoso pero está muy dejado.

A localização é ótima, o atendimento muito legal e a vista muito linda

Cons:

A limpeza da piscina, não deu vontade de entrar na água, sem filtrar. Sem manutenção de tudo em geral, o vaso estava com a tampa quebrada, a válvula escapava, a internet no quarto não chegava.

Falta mantenimiento en la pileta. habitaciones al oeste muy calurosas y no queda nadie en recepción por la noche. En la oportunidad que fuimos no andaba el wi-fi.

Estadia nornal diria, solo una noche y segui viaje

Cons:

No ne gusto , que segun ellos la reserba caduco porqque se rechazo el pago con tarjeta, como cobsecuencia abone en efectivo , por supuesto otra tarifa superior y quedandome la duda si bookin me cobra por debito automatico
