Nice hotel with added comfort
Pros:

Pineapple theme in bedroom and throughout building was very attractive and calming. The free water and pineapple cookies were a nice added touch. The drink vouchers were much appreciated.

Amazing stay and experience - great location.
Pros:

Staypineapple hotel was really good, out room was so cozy and the decor was so cute. Unlimited coffee and water bottle refill station. The location was perfect - waking distance to everything or bus/train available within minutes. Easy and free commute from the airport when you use BackBay airport shuttle. Very happy with our stay. I will surely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Thank you

Minor issue: arranged to have my room cleaned anytime before 1:30 -guess the note at the desk didn’t get to the cleaner.

Bellissimo soggiorno!
Pros:

L hotel è molto carino e la camera ha tutto ciò che serve. Acqua e caffè gratis all ingresso sono una buona cosa.
Una consumazione al bar dell’hotel gratuita super apprezzata!
La posizione per girare Boston è perfetta!

Cons:

È un po’ caro come hotel, ma negli standard di centro Boston, quindi meglio di così non si può trovare!

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et assez réactif quand vous rencontrez un problème. L’hôtel est si bien placé qu’il est possible de visiter une grande partie de Boston à pied.

Cons:

La chambre n’était malheureusement pas propre, bien que le nécessaire ait été fait, il y avait des cheveux sur les draps, sur le sol et dans la douche ce qui n’est pas propre à mon sens. Il faudrait accentuer le nettoyage notamment en passant l’aspirateur.

The staff is very helpful. And welcoming. Location is. Good. Overall a very nice experience.

Cons:

The sidewalks. In the area. Are interesting. They are red brick very old fashioned. But not very comfortable to walk on.
