I reserved a meeting room for a family event. I was not contacted regarding the air conditioning not working properly for day of event. A courtesy call is common practice However, due to the circumstances, the room was free of aharge..

Overall, I had an exceptional stay at this property and would choose it again.
Pros:

At check-in Chris (at the front desk) was extremely welcoming, which set the tone for a great stay. The breakfast bar was on point and convient. Lena (the staff member at the breakfast bar) was vey pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't like pets (dogs & cats) were allowed to stay on the property. I am not a pet person & I didn’t like seeing pets on the property. I have to be very careful around dogs/cats as they can be a trigger to causing a severe respiratory attack.

We would love to stay again!
Pros:

I liked how close to the beaches it was. The pool was nice and clean. The room was extremely spacious. I had my husband and 4 children with me and they were all pleased. Breakfast was good lots of variety. Very clean room and bathroom. The decor was pleasing. I liked that we could park by the pool and still be able to get into the hotel. Staff was very accommodating with a late check out so we could take our time. Very affordable

Cons:

The elevator was a little sketchy. Made a lot of noise and shook a bit but nothing too terrible.
