Clean, comfortable and perfect location for an early flight.
Expensive for the amount of time we actually spent at the hotel.
Location was perfect.
Price and shame they don’t do day rooms for long layovers.
Close to gates for long lay over
Location. Design.
Convenient for overnight lay over
The hotel is dated. What you get is exceptionally bad for what you pay! The location is not the best. Absolutely no value for money. Would not stay here again
Need to provide more bottles of water to the room. A hotel like this should at least provide basics like room slippers without being asked. The included breakfast was a farce. Anything substantial needed to be paid for extra. Extremely underwhelming and disappointing property.
Staff was very friendly. The hotel is easy to fin and super convenient to get to your gate
Nothing really
When I arrived to checkin I was informed of extra charges that increased the total price well beyond what I was quoted. I spoke with the hotel manager and he clearly did not care and just told me I could pay them or go somewhere else. At that point I've been traveling for 19 hours and was tired, had no other place to go, and no choice. 0/10 won't go back.
It was clean , stylish, and easy to get around. Being connected to the airport made it easy to catch our early morning flight. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Plus I liked the nightlights that automatically turned on if you had to get up in the middle of the night.
I prefer a firmer bed. The bathroom was odd as the countertop was black and white while the shower was a light blue. The toilet was on the other side of the shower which seemed like a weird set up.
Staying here is a must if you have an early flight. Though a bit pricey, the Hyatt at SFO excels with food options and room comfort. I stay here any time I have a flight earlier than 10 am and I feel very privileged that I can afford to do so.
Outstanding
Comfortable
Perfect location to get to SFO terminal. Market food was really very good. Room was large and comfortable. Check in easy. Early check in was only $30 which I thought was reasonable.
While I still think the Hyatt SFO is unnecessarily expensive, it was a great spot to stay the night before a super early flight. Very easy to get to and from the airport on the tram. It seemed pretty empty and we couldn't hear any airport/runway noise from the room. Swanky restaurant downstairs has decent options and there's a grab and go spot too.
