Ótima localização, boa acomodação e serviços, inclusive com transfer em “trenzinho” a partir do aeroporto Internacional de San Francisco.
Excellent hotel in great condition. As close as you can get to the airport without being inside. There is an air train that will take you to your terminal at the airport without stepping outside.
The staff were superb, super helpful & knowledgeable, the room was spacious, comfortable, & well thought out for an air traveler
The fact that there was no way to access any where by foot.
Big. Close to airport
Terrible staff. Angry and not helpful
Enjoyed our stay
We lived in San Francisco many years ago before this hotel existed. When we planned our trip to Asia this year we knew we couldn’t do it without a stay over. My husband looked to see where to stay. We only knew of the older hotels that were close to the airport.
What a wonderful find this hotel was. We got off the plane, got our bags and luggage cart and got on the train. A few minutes later you are in the lobby of the Hyatt. It’s that quick and easy ! Check in was seamless and they keep your cart for you, you don’t take it to your room. We did this on our trip 16 hours to Saigon and on the home too. Flying all day from Nashville then waiting for 9:00PM flight to Saigon would be just brutal. I am so glad we decided to break up the trip both ways.
We actually looked forward to our stay on our return. Room is comfortable and quiet. We especially looked forward to their delicious pancakes for breakfast. Dinner is wonderful too !!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Staff is professional and courteous throughout the hotel and restaurant.
My only suggestion is to ask for a room closer to the elevators if you have a lot of luggage. Since you don’t have the luggage cart it’s a bit of a hike to a room further from the elevators. We had both and prefer to be closer.
Highly recommend!!! I had two layovers and stayed here both times! Riding the tram to the hotel was super fast and check in was great!!!
Had an early morning flight and stayed at the onsite Grand Hyatt at SFO. It was a breeze to return the rental car and then grab the AirTran to the hotel. At check-in the staff was so kind, informative and helpful. The room was perfect for the evening — beds were comfortable and it was a quiet night of rest. The Fitness Center was large, clean and had a nice selection of machines/weights. The most helpful part? We left around 5:15 am to catch our flight — my daughter was injured and on a knee scooter — and by the time we made it to the Terminal and got through TSA, we realized we had forgotten her crutches in the room. A quick call to the front desk gave me the reassurance that I could get from the terminal and back in enough time to not miss our flight. AND the front desk / security team retrieved the crutches out of the room we had checked out of and they were WAITING for me at the front desk, so I could grab them and run to catch our international flight. The front desk staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. Will stay again.
As expected from prior experiences: pleasant, professional and useful. We choose the corner king instead of the suite, because the single room seems more flexible
Proximity to airport terminals
Clean, comfortable and close to the airport terminals
Easy access to the airport on the tram. Super quiet too!
The Grand Hyatt at SFO exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location for meeting family in town for a short stay. There are many comfortable sitting areas where we could gather to talk. The hotel is surprisingly quiet given its location at the airport. The food at the restaurant is outstanding. The rooms are lovely. We were particularly impressed by the courteousness and helpfulness of ALL the staff we encountered during our stay. We had exceptional customer service. We would definitely stay there again.
We stayed here for a night before a long international flight, and then again with a day use rate on the round trip. This hotel is seriously the BEST airport hotel I have ever stayed in, and one of the best in general. Clean! Luxury feel and look. Beds were so comfortable and loved the running lights on the floor. Great and friendly staff. Wonderful and convenient restaurant. Location cannot be beat if you are flying in and out of SFO as it is connected directly to the airport via the train. Easy to reach other areas of San Francisco if you are going to explore the area. Honestly wish we had booked it for an extra night--it was THAT amazing. In the future if I need a west coast connection, I will definitely check to see if SFO is an option so that I can stay here again.
