Pros:

Die Lage war gut, kurzer Weg zur Metro mit guter Anbindung in die Stadt. Es war eines der günstigsten Hotels der Gegend und dafür vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Beim Auschecken war der Mitarbeiter mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt, als sich um die Kunden zu kümmern. Die Kaution ist nach wie vor nicht zurück erstattet.

Parking was free and always available and that is what I enjoyed the most.
Pros:

Only visited the breakfast area for coffee. breakfast area could use an update. Rooms are ok but could use remodel.

Cons:

The shower needs a good scrubbing. Peeling wallpaper and stains on ceiling and walls need to be touched up.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

The location is awesome! It’s in the middle of a real neighborhood so if you want that real Brooklyn experience this location is perfect for it.
It’s about 3 blocks to the subway that has several different lives to get you pretty much anywhere.
There’s a pizza shop on the walk to the subway way and several bodegas.
Greenwood cemetery is across the street and it’s gorgeous.
I felt safe the entire trip including late nights. The doors are locked at night so you need your key card to get in.
The rooms are very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure is really good and the shower is large. It has everything you need for a place to sleep.
Breakfast is included but there aren’t a lot of options. It’s still nice to have this included.
The elevators are large and very fast.

Cons:

It could use a good refresh and update.
The wallpaper is perking in some places.
The faucet for the sink is set too far back but it’s usable.
The bathroom is tiny but it’s NY so to be expected. The towels are thin but they do the job.
There’s nothing not to like about it, it could just do with a refresh.

Soggiorno buono nel complesso, ottimo rapporto prezzo/ qualità.
Pros:

Mi sono piaciuti la dimensione della stanza , il materasso comodo, il personale gentile, pulizia della camera e cambio asciugamani gratuiti su richiesta, noi ce la facevamo rifare a giorni alterni.

Cons:

Sicuramente la colazione è da migliorare: pochissima scelta e non delle migliori. Potevi avere latte, caffè americano o tè, avevi la possibilità di farti i waffel, oppure far tostare il pan carré e delle ciambelle tipo pane, su cui metterci burro ed 1 solo tipo di marmellata. A disposizione c’erano dei cornflakes, dei maffin e due tipi di succhi nei dispenser, alla mela e cramberries. Questo è tutto, poi c’ erano i distributori con merendine a pagamento.
L’ unica nota positiva acqua gratuita e sempre disponibile, dal dispenser, per riempire bottiglie e borracce.

Ottima posizione anche vicina alla metro e zona tranquilla e sicura.

Cons:

Colazione buona ma scarsa di scelta. Di salato solo formaggio spalmabile, burro e niente altro. La colazione dolce solo muffies e waffles, marmellata solo all'uva. La quantità è qualità però non era niente male.
