حمام السباحة غير نظيف بالمرة ويومين لم يتم تغيير الماء او تنقيته والماء معكر تماما خاصة حمام سباحة الاطفال وذلك ادي لتحسس شديد لابنتي في وجهها وجسمها
لا يوجد خظمة او اي موظف امام حمام السباحة والكراسي والشيزلونج عدد صغير جدا مقابل الضيوف ولم نجد مكان نجلس او نضع اغراضنا فيه
The rooms were pristine, modern, and exceptionally comfortable with great soundproofing and excellent amenities. The hotel’s safety standards are top-tier, featuring robust security that gave us total peace of mind throughout our stay. The breakfast was a major highlight—every dish was perfectly prepared, incredibly fresh, and a huge compliment goes to the talented chef and the wonderful restaurant staff for their hospitality. Additionally, having direct access to an excellent, well-maintained walking track right along the beach was fantastic for morning and evening strolls.
Most major attractions and activities are roughly 40 to 50 km away, so having your own transport is an absolute must. Furthermore, the walkability in the immediate neighborhood is very limited for leisure; the surrounding district caters mostly to local workers, meaning the local shops are older and not modern, and the area lacks trendy cafes or contemporary service standards. It is a great base camp, but you will need to commute for modern dining and entertainment.
Great hotel and exceptional staff, specially Mr Mohamud , Mr Ibrahim and the female staff who us working in the desk front which is capable to speak Spanish( I forgot her name), thanks for everything.
La estancia fue súper agradable porque el personal es muy agradable y atento. El restaurante y la oferta es sencilla pero con tanto cariño que te hacen sentir entre amigos las recepcionistas mujeres son súper amables. Se lo recomiendo para quien quiera descansar

Our 3-night, half-board stay in a connecting family room at the Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic from start to finish.
The rooms are incredibly spacious. The overall atmosphere is quiet and serene, yet remarkably welcoming and engaging. The rooftop pool is absolutely gorgeous, especially with the skylights.
The restaurant serves multiple cuisines, and every single dish was high quality, delicious, and beautifully presented.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The reception team was highly proactive, offering excellent guidance and tips on nearby places to explore. The chefs and restaurant staff spared no effort to deliver a flawless dining experience.
We leave with sincere gratitude and highly recommend this property for a seamless family getaway!
