Pros:

Our 10 day stay was excellent in the beginning of June. Room was cleaned every day. Pool was nice. Turtles were a nice touch. I would recommend getting the sea view room if possible. I would book again.

Cons:

Some times breakfast gets a bit grouded between 9-10am and hard to find a table. Would be good if you could order drinks from pool bar to your room charge, that would increase your sales too.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y cómodas. La playa privada es muy pequeña y compartida con el hotel de al lado pero si hay poca gente es toda una maravilla. El área de la piscina y bar son destacables y muy cómodos para pasar el día. Las vistas a la playa desde la habitación todo un lujo. Si bien está un poco alejado de la playa desde Saranda en todo el recorrido hay restaurantes y múltiples tiendas así como mucha vida.

Fantastic stay at Saranda Palace
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Saranda Palace! The hotel offers excellent facilities and everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The swimming pool was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing with beautiful views and a great atmosphere.

One of the best parts of the stay was the beach access, which made it very convenient to enjoy the sea and spend peaceful time by the water. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

Overall, Saranda Palace provided a wonderful and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Saranda and would love to stay here again!

The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable overall. While nothing particularly stood out as exceptional, there was enough choice to suit different tastes and start the day well.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto.
Pros:

L’hotel ha una struttura meravigliosa, moderna e dotata di camere ampie e funzionali. I letti sono comodissimi, la presenza di cabina armadio è davvero utile e la vista dal terrazzino è mozzafiato.
Il punto forte dell’hotel è senza dubbio l’estrema pulizia e attenzione per il cliente. Ogni membro dello staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, in particolare modo Marcela e Sara, che sono state pronte ad accogliere ogni richiesta e a dispensare consigli su ristoranti e spiagge.
Il ristorante è uno dei migliori della zona, i piatti sono tutti estremamente deliziosi e si nota la qualità del pesce fresco.
Scegliere questo hotel ci ha consentito di trascorrere una fantastica vacanza, ci ha fatto sentire bene accolti e ci ha lasciato davvero un ricordo molto piacevole del posto.
Ritorneremo senza dubbio. Fantastici!!

Great stay - recommended.
Pros:

Almost everything, great place, location and swimming pool. The family room had two separate rooms - each with its own balcony. Amazing views!

Cons:

Very hard mattresses - not to everyone's like.

Tutto bene, tutto perfetto. La struttura è curata e accogliente, e il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza.
