Very average. Unprofessional for a big hotel. Poor service after being over charged.
Pros:

Most of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Hotel changed my card 3 times over $1200 too much. Then they returned funds but not correct amount. On arrival instead of refunding me what was owed they offered one complimentary breakfast. Ummm it’s not complimentary when you owe me money. Manager was rude. Couple of times no hot water for shower. Our friends had air con leak all night then had to move rooms.

Great Place for Lunch
Pros:

We had lunch here, but didn't stay in the hotel.
Excellent buffet lunch with a wide variety of food catering for all tastes. Very polite, friendly and attentive staff. Clean and tidy restaurant.
Recommended.

OK option, good breakfast
Pros:

Enjoyed the high floor view. Japanese type toilet. The room was comfortable, design is good, not exceptional.
The room felt spacious, bed was comfortable.

The breakfast is of wide variety, perhaps worth the price.

Cons:

The swimming pool was under construction, we were warned about it upon arrival, yet the whole pool are did not feel welcoming.
SPA services were very disappointing. It seems like western brand hotel should maintain western standards, but the SPA, massages were so much worse than SPA centers.

Washing service cost is per item only, which makes it expensive, especially when comparing to other hotels were they price per kilo. Not sure if any additional services are worth the price.

Weird bathroom design where water is supposed to run on the floor.

The sink is clogged. The room is not clean. The ventilation is not working. There was a lack of air. The bathroom door is very hard to open and close.
