Exceptionellt kommer gärna tillbaka till Florens
Pros:

Personal fantastiska trevliga och hjälpsamma!
Kaffemaskin på rummet och hjälpte till med frukost tidigare då vi skulle med ett tåg.
Fantastiskt område med många trevliga restauranger och bästa gelatostället i världen.

Location was fantastic, not too far a walk from the train station and some lovely bars and restaurants in your door step. Everything you need or want to visit is within walking distance. The lift in such an old building was an added bonus! Breakfast was lovely and room a great size.

Fantastic location but place not up to expectations

Location, location, location … some appeal of being in an historic building
Room large having reserved the larger one called suite

Cons:

Room poorly organised: there was a step right in the middle of the room… plugs on the side of the step…. Two small round tables and no desk… three coffee pods was meant to last 4 nights for occupancy of three… Fairly clean at arrival but not cleaned well during stay (coffee cups never changed, trash bins not emptied even if overflowing…). Bathroom despite looking newly made, had many problems in just 4 days…shower leaking heavily into the bathroom’s floor… air extractors falling, showerhead needing replacing. Breakfast quite basic. No herbal teas, not even camomile… we would have expected that asked in day one, they would have made them available on day two or three or four. Nope. Price was very high and we would have expected the premises and service to be in line.

Comfortable stay in Firenze
Pros:

Our room was large with a seating area [bed settee] and table and chairs.
The bathroom was quite large too with shower and bath, all spotlessly clean
We sleep with the windows open so some street noise.
The team were very helpful and friendly which we appreciated.
Breakfasts were pretty good too 😊

Cons:

The shower was very good but water drained away slowly so became a foot bath!

Tres bel emplacement plein de charme et très très très bien placé.
Pros:

L’emplacement incroyable, la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a guidé pour l’accès à l’hôtel. Le style de l’hôtel.

Cons:

La configuration des lits pour 4 personnes. 2 lits simples Plutôt des bouts de canapé. Le confort du lit principal d’un côté était affaissé et le café de la chambre n’a pas été remplacé.
