Für Business Trips super!
Pros:

Check-In ging flott und auch ein Early Check-In gegen eine kleine Gebühr war kein Problem, da das Zimmer schon fertig war. Lage ist okay - man erreicht die Innenstadt zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto recht schnell.

Cons:

The staff is acting reckless. There was no fridge in the room, hence I have asked the receptionist if they can store my medicine in the fridge overnight. I have explicitly mentioned that it needs to be kept in a fridge between 2-8 Celsius degrees, otherwise it will be ruined. When i picked it up in the morning, the medicine was warm and i found out that it was kept in a refrigerator display case behind the reception, that was as warm as the room temperature. It is unacceptable that one is trusting their health, and depending on the type of medicine, this could have an impact on their lives and the staff is acting reckless. In the morning they offered to store it now in the fridge from the kitchen, like it would have made any difference at that point, after the medicine was ruined, instead of doing that from the beginning. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing!!!!

Lage top, Zimmer sehr geräumig, Frühstück super.

Cons:

Relativ hellhörig. Gäste waren teilweise wohl Arbeiter auf Montage, die man auch relativ lange gehört hat.

Wenn nochmal in Regensburg, gern wieder in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Frühstück, geschmackvolle Innenausstattung lassen das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Das Zentrum haben wir innerhalb ca. 20 Gehminuten erreicht. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels steht Gästen zur Verfügung.
