Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Schalldämmung in den Zimmern.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft im Zimmer kein Strom in den Steckdosen, Schaden konnte erst am nächsten Tag behoben werden.Während des 3tägigen Aufenthalts keine Zimmerreinigung.

Das Zimmer und das Bad sah sehr schön und Sauber aus.Der Weg zur Tiefgarage war angenehm zu gehen.Wir hatten das Gefühl ,dass das Hotel sehr sicher war.Das Frühstückbüffet hat sehr gut

Die Reinigungskraft war sehr unhöflich,da wir den Check in machen mussten aber sie hat unfreundlich mit uns gesprochen und wollte uns nur ungern zur Rezeption vorlassen,da sie den Boden gewischt hat.Da wir aber den Check in machen mussten blieb uns keine andere Wahl.Die Mitarbeiter/innen standen nur bei der Rezeption und haben zugeschaut ohne ein Wort zu sagen.Ihr Kundenservice war allgemein sehr schlecht.

Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, habe mich aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Altstadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und auch den Bahnhof erreicht man in ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch und das Frühstück total lecker. Auch dass man ab 6.30 Uhr frühstücken kann, fand ich sehr angenehm. Oft sind mir die Frühstückszeiten zu spät.

Für Radreisende nicht zu empfehlen! Wir konnten unsere hochwertigen Räder nicht vernünftig in der Garage abschließen.
Der vorgesehene Stellplatz bietet keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder anzuschließen. Keine Steckdosen für e-Bikes vorhanden. Ers wäre leicht für Ibis eine Gitterbox in der Garage zu installieren. Für ein Hotel am Donauradweg unverständlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat eine Unterbringung der Räder im Gepäckraum entgegen einer vorab Zusage abgelehnt. Die Alternative die Räder mit auf das Zimmer zu nehmen wurde auch abgelehnt. Sehr sehr ärgerlich.

Hat alles super geklappt, auch das Wetter hat mitgespielt 😃
Pros:

Lage vom Bahnhof ca zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir übernachten öfter in Ibis Hotels bei unseren Städtereisen und dieses war das beste. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es war alles vorhanden. Das Personal war auch super freundlich. Jederzeit wieder. 🥰
