Pros:

Eine wunderschöne Lage, etwas außerhalb von Ilsenburg.

Cons:

Wir kamen um 15.00 Uhr an und hätten gern Kaffee und Kuchen bestellt. Leider gab es keinen Kuchen, obwohl es auf dem großen Plakat vorm Hotel angepriesen wurde. Die schöne Außenterasse , der tolle Blick und das sommerliche Wetter luden geradezu zum Kaffeetrinken ein. Schade. Im Zimmer war ein Fenstervorhang zum Teil nicht fest. Es fehlte auch ein Rollo. Schön wäre es, wenn man nach einer Veranstaltung noch etwas trinken könnte. Eine Minibar im Zimmer oder ein Automat im Flur wären toll. Damit meine ich nichtalkoholische Getränke.

Cons:

Ich habe für meine Eltern gebucht. Dass sie im Nebengebäude untergebracht waren, kam nicht so gut an. Das sollte bereits beim Buchen ersichtlich sein.

Wenn wieder Harz, dann von dort aus.
Pros:

Morgens aus dem Fenster geschaut, wunderbarer Blick ins Tal. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und weitläufig. Nachts konnte man den Wald rauschen hören, ab und zu mal ein Kauz, ansonsten absolute Stille. Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig, dann findet jeder etwas. Viele Parkplätze vorhanden, die sich in das Gesamtbild einfügen.

Ladesäulen zur Aufladung des Fahrzeugs wurden angeboten.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung zwischendurch war mit der zur Verfügungstellung der Handtücher abgeschlossen.

Pros:

Top Lage. Hier kommst du schnell zum Brocken: 11 km, 870 Hm. Eine schöne Terrasse.

Cons:

Das Bad braucht dringend eine neue Duschabtrennung. Wo war der Föhn? Auf das Zimmer gehört eine Flasche Wasser.
