Tiny beds
Had a great 3 night stay and all my expectations were met. Albert Besiga from front office team went over and above to make sure I was comfortable as I waited at the hotel after my flight was delayed. The team even got me complementary dinner voucher on one of the nights.
The location is good, despite the Uganda Museum being closed. Breakfast was excellent.
Access to the hotel is via the car park i.e. there's no pedestrian access from the street.

Second time in this hotel this year.
The male staff were rude to my very kind Ugandan wife, ignoring her while giving me sucking up smiles and greetings. Prejudiced towards black woman with white man.
Although we extended our stay on the condition that we change rooms at the time of the request if needed, but not afterwards due to long scheduled journeys, they made it extremely difficult for us.
They started asking us to change room the following day at midnight due to maintenance and renewed their request every day, at 8:00 AM when we were leaving for a trip, and again at 12:30 AM upon our return.
I had to explain the situation each time, that we had made a deal and we had a very busy schedule that would not allow us to sacrifice our sleep in the middle of the night.
We felt harassed, bullied and treated like unwanted squatters for three days while spending more than 1000$ Completely unacceptable, this is the last time we were there.
The staff were extremely helpful and hands on.
Nothing there to dislike. The rooms were comfy, staff were helpful, and the food was delicious. 10/10
I trusted them to be the place for my graduation party because I immediately fell in love with the place, its ambience, cleanliness and what I really liked is that it wasn't crowded, it had a bit of privacy to it. I didn't have to do much in terms of decor because the space was pretty.
Interacting with the management was so easy and they were so friendly and professional in terms of communication. They assisted with the smooth running of the day of the party itself and I wasn't worried. They have really good service and amazing meals. My family praised it, especially the desserts. I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to do something simple but classy. Hilton should also really maintain its standards.

II had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Kampala. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The reception staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile.
I also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, and every meal was a pleasure. What impressed me the most was the entire Food & Beverage team. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude made every dining experience special.
Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Kampala and look forward to returning in the future.

Great service from all in the hotel, even when i got sick they assisted with making sure i got treatment. Driver sat and waited with me in the hospital. When i returned they made sure i got to eat what i needed. All round great service
