Nada de tão relevante, apenas uma sugestão. No quarto tem apenas espelhos pequenos e a sugestão que troquem para um espelho frande.

Lo unico malo es que las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas, se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones del piso (incluso conversaciones, ronquidos, baño)
Excelente el alojamiento! nos quedamos solamente una noche por lo que no pudimos disfrutar mas de sus instalaciones. La atención del personal fue muy buena, nos recibieron muy bien y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones del lugar. La ubicación cerca del centro y del lago es excelente.

O hotel é espetacular. Estrutura impecável, assim como o atendimento de todos. O restaurante é fenomenal, a experiência, adega, atendimento e os pratos bonitos e muito saborosos.
A única coisa que pode melhorar é a iluminação dentro do quarto(702). Falta uma luz perto do closet, mas não mudou em nada a nossa experiência.
Estrutura, café da manhã, spa, cama, localização, tudo excelente!

O chuveiro precisa melhorar, não tem fluxo direcionado. O atendimento na recepção poderia ser melhor também . Relatamos a falta de duas garrafas de água com gás do quarto após a limpeza e nada foi resolvido ou comentado pelo recepcionista.

La tele de la habitación mas cara. No era Android tv. Ni mucho menos un smart. Solo habia cable y se veia mal.
