Foi boa, localização próxima ao centro faciliata para as excursões pelas montanhas e outras.
Pros:

O café da manhã é excelente, a piscina muito boa, com jacuzzi para massagem e uma vista incrível das montanhas nevadas. Não é tão no centro, mas é 15 a 20 minutos de caminhada das principais lojas e restaurantes.

Cons:

O quarto tinha avista fantástica, mas a cama era um pouco desconfortável para o casal eram duas de solteiro juntas. Os móveis, decoração e ambiente estão antigos precisam de reforma. O aquecimento deixou a desejar por não aquecer tão bem o quarto, como nas outras áreas do hotel que eram bem aquecidas. O banheiro do quarto era também ultrapassado, antigo, o aquecimento não funcionava a banheira nem tive coragem de usar, muitas lascas no fundo.

O café da manhã também é bom

Cons:

Ficamos em um quarto voltado para a área de lazer dentro do hotel e o barulho incomodava muito. Talvez seria um quarto interessante para quem tem crianças, não para um casal. Muito barulho. O cheiro de cigarro também era muito forte. Não somos fumantes e o cheiro de cigarro incomodou bastante.

O hotel oferece uma área externa bem agradável para repouso, bar, telão, piscina, sinuca, vista de um gramado para o lago e SPA (a parte). Vista para o lago Nahuel Huapi a partir da janela do quarto. Ficamos no quarto 802. Café da manhã satisfatório. No entanto, o custo-benefício geral é baixo.

Cons:

Vamos lá. Recepção pouco vistosa. Para acessar o quarto, tínhamos que subir uma escadinha (parecia um puxadinho do hotel). Wifi não funcionou bem, durante todos os dias. Quarto pequeno, pouco vistoso. Móveis rústicos, com pouca funcionalidade. TV com péssima resolução. Banheiro em que a porta abre e se choca contra o vaso sanitário. Poucos lugares para pendurar roupas no banheiro. Limpeza nos cantos incompleta. Os transfers que reservamos paravam no posto de gasolina em frente, ao atravessar a pista, pois o hotel fica a beira de uma rota movimentada. Valor anunciado no Booking bem diferente do cobrado, devido às taxas anunciadas. O anunciado era 4873,31 e no final pagamos 5319,27 mais IOF de 58,51. Muita diferença.

Um charme de hotel
Pros:

Localização excelente.
Limpeza , beleza do hotel, simpatia dos recepcionistas , funcionarios da limpeza e dos restaurantes.
Vista dos quartos, espetacular!!!

Cons:

-Em relação ao atendimento do Spa , uma senhora, que atende ao redor da piscina, necessita de uma reciclagem referente ao " atendimento ao público", para alçançar o padrão de excelência dos demais funcionários do hotel.
-Os pratos do restaurante são saborosos mas eventualmente podem ser insuficientes após um dia longo de passeio.

Poor Experience avoid at all costs
Pros:

Nice location on the lake, reasonable service at check in. Room strangely designed and very impractical, pokey small bathroom, electricity outlets in the wrong place. Bed quality OK. Service in the lobby bar was disastrous , worst ever experienced in many years on travel, likewise the dinner service, food quality OK, but no service to speak of, did not even have a printed menu. Breakfast options OK, service slightly better but only just. DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Localização, conforto dos espaços e do quarto, vista e acesso ao lago e nos ofereceram um upgrade sem custo.

Cons:

Wifi de péssima qualidade, mas muito ruim mesmo, nos impossibilitou de trabalhar durante a viagem, e no quarto não funcionava de jeito nenhum.
Menu do restaurante sem muitas opções, bem fraco.
Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, poucas opções também.
