Very accommodating resort like hotel!
Pros:

Good overall- aspiring to be luxury but not hitting thar mark
Pros:

Good location walkable to lots of stuff like the mall and restaurants, great prices-a good value for the money. Liked the onsite restaurant. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

Cons:

Rooms dont have microwaves and fridges. You have to ask for them and you are not told up front they are available. They made lots of excuses why they don’t provide in every room like unit reliability and cleanliness. It is an industry standard for hotels with restaurants and spa services.

Our room definitely didn’t look like the pictures on booking.com. It was not updated and had some wear and tear. It felt like a bait and switch.

Also, the hotel is very understaffed. Everything takes forever and staff like a waitress are probably doing lots of other jobs around the hotel. They are not professionals in any one area. Spa was underwhelming. They couldn’t accommodate 2 people at once and spoke zero English.

Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with a resort-type feel. The pool and the area around the pool are lovely. While breakfast is not included, the restaurant serves a great, affordable breakfast. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Las Cruces.

Pros:

The feeling that one is in a resort. But the amenities did not live up to my experience. Jax in the bar service was very entertaining. Allowed pets was the only plus. But still charged us the $75. for 2 pets. They should have a lower 1 pet fee.

Cons:

We arrived on a Monday. The dining area is closed on Mondays. This is a hotel that should have 24 hour services. Even if it's slow on Mondays, that's no excuse.We could only order bar food and the bar tender made her 1st drink ever when we arrived. So no experience as a bartender. After a very disappointing evening at the restaurant being closed and room service didn't offer the normal restaurant food. We decided to order breakfast room service. Well that arrived Luke warm and the eggs were cold. Ughhh The staff did not offer a refund on the room service, my plate was sent back full as it was uneatable. We were not business guests. We were traveling from Virginia to Arizona and pulling a trailer, so seeking food elsewhere was not an option. For $335. it was not a good experience... extremely disappointed, also no refrigerator in room. Oh everything we tried to order they were out of on Mondays.

I chose correctly!
Pros:

The pool was fantastic! My sister and brother-in-law stayed somewhere else and came to our pool because it was better. My BIL said I chose correctly and next time he comes to town he is booking here. The rooms were comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We had the Huevos Rancheros with Christmas (red chili sauce and green chili sauce) Sauce and the French Toast which came out looking like a magical dessert instead of breakfast. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
