The staff was so kind and went above and beyond we we requested new bedding
The bed bedding shower and floors were super dirty.
TV did not work, very small space to walk dogs, no hair dryer, only shampoo and conditioner in shower -no body soap. The king room with refrigerator I reserved was not available was given a room with two double beds and frig

Parking got tough. I didn’t expect luxury at this location, but I do always at least expect it to be clean. There was no visible trash or bad smells and the room was done up nice, but the floors were sticky and there was a large amount of hair leftover from the previous guests. The shower was not clean. I did not see any bugs or things like that. If you just need a place to lat your head down for the night it’s good. Definitely not recommended if it’s a special get away etc.
Location to airport, parking, and airport shuttle
I paid for king room but was upgraded to suite. I was traveling by myself and did not like the suite because the bedroom was so isolated. Also it was not as nice as i saw on the website. Also the website advertised airport parking but did not say there was an extra charge.
Great location. Nice facade. Free airport shuttle. Room is good size, beds comfortable.
Old carpet, has unpleasant smell. Not very clean hallways. Outdated furniture in lobby and breakfast area. Not aesthetic- could improve with a little upgrade on decor and furnishing. Bathroom near reception not clean, smelled of urine. Housekeeping should do a better job.
The price was right for a quick overnight stay.
It is in serious need of an overhaul. The bathroom was really showing its age, as the seal around the shower/tub had been done over & over, the floor of the shower was stained with age & mildew(?). There were very few outlets available in the room to accommodate today’s tech needs.
There was not enough parking! We arrived back to the hotel late after a concert & we had to park next door.
The staff was helpful as always and handled a very crowded lobby at check in, even at 11 pm.
The room was not the cleanest and the towels had stains.
I really appreciated the option for the early check-in ($25 fee) because our flight got in super early. That allowed us to get settled and get a nap before going about our visit. Breakfast was simple, but good. The fridge and microwave came in handy for our restaurant leftovers. I liked that they offer a shuttle to and from the airport even though we did not need it.
There was a small issue of fruit flies in the bathroom area of our room for some reason. Thank goodness they were not overwhelming, but just annoying.
