Check the airport shuttle is running before booking.
Pros:

The room was perfectly fine for this price range. Located close to the airport.

Cons:

The problem was the airport shuttle. The whole reason for staying here was the free airport shuttle as I had an early morning flight. When I called from the airport I was told the shuttle was not working and I should get an Uber. I was then told the shuttle would be working in the morning but at 3.30am it wasn’t and there was nobody around to help me. Obviously I ended up getting a Lyft. The whole experience added $70 to the cost of my room.

Horrible customer service
Pros:

The manager Ambika is horrible! Do not stay here if u need a shuttle- the return shuttle NEVER SHOWED UP. After 90 minutes and repeated phone calls-we paid for a taxi to take us back to the hotel. A service we paid for at the hotel. I wanted a refund and the manager Ambika-offered $20!! The taxi was $30! After her being rude and me arguing with her for 30 minutes she finally said she would reimburse me $30 for the taxi. The whole time on the phone she was talking over me and cutting me off She needs to be retrained in customer service!

Recommend for a quick stay!
Pros:

Nice, quiet and clean hotel rooms. Great breakfast served until 10am. Conveniently located. About 10-15 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Clean, Good Location in Proximity to Airport
Pros:

Close to the airport. Although the rooms were a little older, they were nice and clean and the location was quiet. Breakfast was available until 10am, which was great!

Cons:

Took a little long to check in. Housekeeping's repeated knocks and trying to rush you out before checkout time.

Okay but I wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The rooms where a run down, baseboards where unsticking from the wall, power went out in our room and it took them a while to come up, door didn’t close fully.

Shower head blasted you couldn’t move. The ac and refrigerator were loud. Breakfast was poor. Not great selection ran out of stuff No coffee cream for days
