Great service and Jermine is awesome taking care of us. Jermine is great in informing of our room status. Since I had 2 rooms he make sure our rooms were near and side by side. The hotel is lucky to have Jermine in their team. He is very valuable asset to the hotel. We will be back.
Nice food spread in the Concierge’s lounge in the evening with pleasant and attentive Vanessa and breakfast in the morning with friendly Alex.
Germaine provided excellent service and very accommodating to our travel schedule.

My stays at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel are always elevated thanks to Vanessa in the executive lounge. She is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. A successful event is not just about what happens inside the convention or conference center. While we put a tremendous amount of effort into creating world-class events, they are truly a joint effort with our onsite housing and host hotels. The customer service provided to our attendees by teams like yours plays a pivotal role in attendee satisfaction.
With the amount I travel, I’ve unfortunately experienced poor service at hotel restaurants, and I’ve heard similar feedback from attendees, although not managed by the show team can negatively impact their perception of our events. However, this was absolutely not the case at the Renaissance Addison. Many attendees specifically highlighted the exceptional service provided by your staff.
While the entire staff was wonderful, I would like to specifically recognize Rocio. She consistently provided excellent customer service, crafted quality drinks in a timely manner, and did it all with a smile. I made sure to tell her before I left that service like theirs deserves recognition. The efforts staff add value to our event, not just for our attendees but also for our team members, which sometimes goes unrecognized. Thank you, Rocio

I I had the best experience at this hotel. I came to this hotel for work event. The beds are comfortable which is VERY important to me, the room is spacious, nice shower products with professional hairline called Kevin Murphy, excellent food, drinks, stunning hotel, nice pool area, amazing iced caramel macchiato at the caffe with kind staff.
At reception, there is one staff member who was so kind, polite, professional and goes above and beyond as he clearly enjoys his job and working with people- his name is Jermaine at the front desk, THANKYOU for your kindness and making my stay so welcoming.
My only complaint would be to get better blow dryers to match those professional hair products! The blow dryers were outdated, and I am travelling from Europe with different voltage so I rely on hotels for decent blow dryers.
Other than that blow dryer I would absolutely stay here and recommend other to as well.
