The staff were extremely kind and accommodating and even waived the early check-in fee. They provided all the information needed and were available whenever I needed help. The location is optimal if needing to be close to the airport and Fort Bliss, with many food options nearby as well. INCREDIBLE AC!!!
The sheets were incredibly uncomfortable, and at some point I had to remove them and just sleep on top of a blanket on the mattress due to my inability to sleep. Even though there was a kitchenette in my room, there were absolutely no items besides one kitchen towel; everything else had to be requested. Cups, or at a minimum one set of utensils and a plate, would have been nice. Breakfast was also extremely disappointing. Oatmeal, apples, and coffee.

I’ve stayed here before. I thought I was selecting Bridge Stay .
Old, worn out, elevator smells of cigarettes. The front door hits into the bar used for breakfast. When my card key did not work. I tried moving it. Folding it up Stephanie said, “Mame,don’t do that.” I explained that I had been up since 3AM and not been in able to enter was very unwelcoming. The outlets in the kitchen were not working. I told the morning desk person.

Es primera vez que rento un cuarto con cocineta y la verdad me encantó, lo volví a rentar .

The total space look like a low class hotel. No good quality that would make me want to come back. Breakfast was totally a joke you can’t even call it breakfast a grab in go isn’t breakfast.
