Location

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Je nachdem mit welcher Bahn man anreist läuft man zwischen 5 und 15 Minuten zum Hotel.
In direkter Umgebung, nämlich direkt am Hotel befinden sich ein Family Markt mit Sitzbereich. Das Hotel bietet ein kleines Frühstück kostenfrei an. Tee und Kaffee kann man rund um die Uhr kostenlos am Automaten holen. Vendingmachines, Wasserspender und Eiswürfelautomat vorhanden.
Das Hotel stellt vom Schlafanzug über Pantoffeln, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Bürste etc. alles zur Verfügung. Im Badezimmer befindet sich Duschseife, Shampoo und Conditioner, alles wohlriechend.
Es war sehr gepflegt
Das Zimmer war klein, aber der Stauraum unterm Bett perfekt.
Grandiose Aussicht auf den Hafen.
Im Erdgeschoss war ein Laundryroom und wie bei fast allen Hotels die Möglichkeit den Koffer zu deponieren und Schließfächer zu benutzen.

Alles war ok, wie erwartet. Die Lage am Hafen nicht weit vom Zentrum ist perfekt.

Posizione comoda,si trova in una zona non centrale ma vicina a diverse fermate metro che in mezz’ora ti portano in vari punti strategici (tra qui l’aeroporto). Family Smart aperto 24 h sotto proprio la struttura. Quartiere tranquillo e carino per una passeggiata serale,con diversi locali in zona e passeggiata panoramica vista mare.

Bed comfortable, good location to get to the airport

Amazing location, very close to Hamamatsuchou (direct line to Haneda) and Daimon stations, as well as Takeshiba station for the Yurikamome line to Odaiba. Staff is composed of foreigners, so they speak both English and Japanese. Very nice selection of manga in the lounge, and the coin laundry is a lifesaver. Cleanliness is also great.

We chose a hotel that was perfectly suited to our needs. There are two of us travelling, and the room was spacious enough for us; I’d even say it was cosy. It was spotlessly clean. The hotel is located in the Minato district, which is a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood right on Tokyo Bay. You can feel a cool breeze coming off the water here. There is a 24-hour shop on the ground floor. There are train stations nearby, offering access to various train services. Good connections to the Shinkansen. Good connections to Haneda Airport, just a few stops away on the monorail. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient, and do their utmost to accommodate guests’ requests. All in all, after all the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, I wanted to return to this room in this hotel, just like coming home!

Being able to store luggage under the bed was really important for making the most of the space. The hotel is pretty basic but in a very good location close to several train and subway stations. They're all connected using walkways, which makes it easier, but be prepared to spend a little time making sure you can find the right exit from each station.
