God awful and disgusting!
Cons:

We did not stay here! There was an angry dog in the first room that we were BOOKED in. The second room was filed with cigarette smoke! We have a 2 year old toddler! This was unacceptable and frankly disgusting!

It's a bed and a room

Luggage cart had 4 broken wheels

All the way around great job guys!
Pros:

Bill at the front desk is one of the main reasons we stay here, has a great attitude, he’s professional and has a great sense of humor all in one, he’s awesome! The cleaning staff are very polite and work hard as well! We havint met any part of staff that are unpleasant here. Great job guys!

Cons:

I honestly cannot think of something that could be better at this location seriously.

Don’t recommend
Pros:

Only positive was it was close to my work event

Cons:

Where do I start. The giant tree out front, don’t park anywhere near it. The amount of sap on my car is unreal. Also my license plate was stolen off my car. It’s literally in the middle of the ghetto. Questionable people walking around and staging and living there! I don’t recommend this place at all
Also the bugs in the hotel…gross

Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Quite a few things. Just to mention two: the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the front desk staff didn’t seem very customer-oriented.

Unfortunately, not a pleasant stay
Pros:

Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The front desk staff, with the exception of one very friendly lady, often seemed annoyed whenever we asked for assistance.

Our first room had several issues: the bathtub drained extremely slowly, the TV didn’t work, and the room phone was not working. When we mentioned the phone, we were simply told that “some phones don’t work.” Other concerns were not addressed either—we were told we could speak to a manager at check-out.

We were moved to another room, but there was only one towel for two guests, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

The biggest issue was the noise. Guests were talking loudly in the hallway, slamming doors, and walking around with a dog throughout the night. We reported it after the first night and were told the noisy guests had checked out, but the same problem happened again the following night. It was very difficult to sleep or get any rest.

Overall, there were simply too many issues for a comfortable stay.

Do not recommend, the inside and outside was crawling with homeless, small rooms, lumpy beds.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The rooms were small, there were tweakers roaming the floors, multiple rooms smelled like animal urine and large dogs in rooms barking all night.

Cons:

Everything. The photos and descriptions of the hotel couldn’t have been more inaccurate. Supposedly accidentally gave our reservation away and booked us a complimentary king suite that was smaller than a normal room at any decent hotel.

Definitely not the best!
Pros:

price was good, location for us was good, had been there several times in the past and enjoyed it.

Cons:

Mattress was horrible, no ice in either machine, breakfast was pretty bad, the "Eggs" looked and tasted like a piece of playdough. not nearly the selection of food served in our past visits.
