The rooms were great!
The Jacuzzi wasn't working and the pool looked like a Swamp!!!
The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and it was so gross that we left the hotel. Now I can’t get a refund
The rooms are always clean
Location was pretty central to where we needed to go. The room was nice & big; tastefully decorated & one of the MOST comfortable beds I have EVER experienced! Especially at my age; a comfortable night's sleep, plus waking up semi-pain free, is a HUGE DEAL!
The transients and/or evidence of their presence, pretty much, was EVERYwhere; especially disconcerting; the amount of trash left of WHAT an INCREDIBLE MESS
The room was clean but the curtain was torn in that room. Otherwise everything else in the room was good. Its a good location for me to stay at.
I didn’t like that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the lobby and breakfast area. It made it miserable.
There wasn’t much to like other than the staff seemed friendly. The location was a plus also.
The rooms wreak of heavy smoke even though they are supposed to be “non smoking”. So bad that it burns your eyes. We even switched rooms and it was the same. Absolutely terrible. Cigarette burns on the couch, cracks in the shower floor, water damage, peeling paint on walls in the hallway and apparently this hotel allows obnoxious barking dogs no matter how many people it disturbs. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to.
The room and hallway smell like urine smell was so bad
The smell
Location
Dogs barking in the other room,no hair blow dryer even when I asked for it ,people smoking weed in my floor
The staff was friendly
The hall ways by the elevator were dirty . And the breakfast needs more variety
The staff was friendly
It was filthy and multiple things were broken in multiple rooms. Broken windows, lamps, doors.
the street people using the pool is a little unusual. but they were well behaved.
It was quiet and comfortable.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The property was terrible. My husband and I will never stay here again
We disliked everything. Let’s start with the location, it’s located in a big parking lot where tweakers like the hangout. We upgraded our stay to the suite so we could have a balcony that we weren’t even comfortable hanging out on because groups of people were hanging outside blasting music and staring at us whenever we’d come out. When we got there and entered our room it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, we looked past it and settled in. Went to turn on our tv and the cable box cords were cut so we went to call the front desk and our phone didn’t work. So just for shits and giggles we look around more and our smoke detector had no batteries in it and that was the last call for my husband. We went down to the front desk to ask for a refund for our two night stay and they insisted on giving us a different room. We agreed to try a new room and into the new one and this time both tvs work. Phone didn’t work again. But our smoke detector worked. We go to Sit on the couch and there a spots of blood on the left arm and when we turned on the AC it smelled like cat piss there was black splatter all over the wall above the sink and our toilet hardly flushed. We go to ask for our refund again and they said they could give us a percentage but not a full refund and completely exhausted from our drive we sucked it up and stayed. We woke up and thought we would try the pool. And while that was probably the best part of our stay we went to sit at a table and there was a piece of tinfoil on a chair I sat next to with used drugs in it. Homeless are hopping the fences and doing drugs where our children are supposed to be running around carefree. Worst service. Worst location. Worst amenities. Worst rooms. Worst overall atmosphere. And I’ll tell you we payed 327.77 for the worst stay of our entire life. I believe this place should be shut down indefinitely.
Location was near my event.
Sink and shower hardware were in disrepair/falling off. Had to ask for housekeeping. Breakfast items were very limited.
shower head loose on wall desk broken
Location and it had a washer and dryer dryer.
The a/c didn’t work and the toilet seat was loose. We told the front desk in the morning and as led for it to be repaired, we were staying for 4 nights. When we got back to the room, nothing had been fixed. I asked to be moved to a different room, in the new room the bath tub faucet would not shut off.
