This was by far the worst experience at a hotel. Got there, checked in went up to our room open the door and immediately smelled cigarettes. The room reeked of smoke, mind you I booked the non smoking room. Went back down to the lobby and the guy on duty said there was nothing he could do, no more rooms available but that they would give us another one the next day. The sofa bed had tears on it, the mattress had stains on it just disgusting. The balcony handle bar, missing, the AC electrical box cover missing with wires exposed, shower door wouldn’t stay closed so we had to hold it while showering, broken ironing board and to top it off there was cockroaches!!!!! The cleaning ladies didn’t even vacuum our room. I have pictures of all of this. So unacceptable. We couldn’t just leave, every other hotel in the area was booked. We drove 2 hrs to stay there.
Was rented a room with a urinated bed and remaid as clean. Reported to staff and was told I did it and tried to charge me a deposit. Called police to report
Being overcharged for second rooms and cash was collected but no bill receipt was available..so manager was pocketing money. Had second room for at least eight nights.

Location, Breakfast, great Dining/ Lobby area for visiting. Our room was clean, comfortable; plenty of lighting; restrooms available downstairs by the lobby...adequate parking, interactions with staff was pleasant.
The Shower Water Pressure was Extremely Low - that was very disappointing. Although the hotel is "non-smoking" we could smell that our room had been smoked in irritating my throat a bit.
Comfortable beds and bedding. Very nice restaurant about 100 feet away.
Skimpy breakfast. No bagels and just a few apples.
During my 3 night stay, I had to have my key redone twice. Not just me but my family members who were in 4 other rooms also had to have their keys redone multiple times.
