Cons:

The mattress was at a slant. The mattress needs to be turned. It was slanted so much that I couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed without rolling to the left where everyone sits. The pillows were awful. Lumpy foam inside. The bathroom door had a spring hinge. Every time you opened the door to go in the bathroom it would backlash at hit you before you got in. Not a good door for elderly or children.....dangerous

Our maid was the only plus in this hell hole! She was very helpful and sweet.

OH DONT GET ME STARTED. I've been a long time La Quinta inn customer, we travel alot. I've never seen a hotel like this!
1) micro wave had no turn plate
2) Missing TV
3)Room smelled like pee
4)sliding glass door off it's rollers
5) A/C didn't cool the room, ( we had to buy 2 fans ) to somewhat cool the room down.
6)Refrigerator was hot when we got their.
7)They ask for a arrival time, but yet don't have the rooms cooled down and ready for you.
8)Swimming pool was ok, BUT all the chairs and tables around pool were BROKEN.
9)ELEVATORS HOLY COW sounded like your falling to your death a d s.elled like weed aka pot.
10)when walking out tot the pool you could litterly hear an electrical short, buzzing , clunking,clinking, etc. I went and said something all I got was yeah we've been having that issue..WTH!!!!! FIX IT!!!! SAFTY HAZARD!!!!!

We were initially given a room that was already occupied by another guest. After being moved, we found a cockroach in our room. We also saw another cockroach at the front desk. Never staying here ever! Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and room assignment issues
