Pros:

I loved everything really. Rooms where nice and spacious and staff was excellent and friendly!

Cons:

So i purchased 2 room, one for my 3 teenage girls and once for my husband and toddler. My daughter's room smells bad like cigarettes and I asked if we could possibly switch which thwyvsaid yes but the room wouldn't be right next appreciate to me. But it was ok my girls were lazy and didn't want to change rooms anyways. They gave me an air freshener. Besides that we had a good stay

I hope the hotel will refund my remaining night

People hanging out at the parking lot after 11 pm. Someone knock on our door at 1 am, and the ice machine kept dispensing from midnight to dawn. We check out the following day and move to different hotel

Never stay here!!
Pros:

Some staff were friendly.

Cons:

The outside was trashy, it looked like nobody cared about the appearance or the experience. The wifi was down the first night we arrived. The pool was closed for the rest of the time we were there. We were worried about our car getting broken into out in the parking lot because of all the suspicious activity and appearance. The only 2 ice
machines were broken and the temperature was over 100° in Sacramento while we were there. The air conditioning in the lobby and elevators was not working, making hit and smelly. Our dresser drawer was broken, we couldn't even open it. The breakfast was edible, but lacking in options.

The room was good.

Cons:

I specifically chose La Quinta Rancho Cordova in spite of the expensive cost because of the location and the swimming pool previously being in good order. This visit, the pool was green and closed down with environmental concerns.

loved the beds, the staff & sink area. the rest needs attention!
Pros:

convience to freeway, excellent staff who were friendly & very helpful.
also, left a blanket in our room. the gal at the front desk was very helpful in locating my blanket & returning to us. this was after 3 days! thank you soo much!

Cons:

1st room on the first floor was fairly dirty & substandard. slider did not lock. curtains were uneven & did not reach the floor for 1/4 of the windows. no telephone. shower had blackened grout. we asked to change rooms because of these problems (especially the slider not locking!). the front desk staff accommodated us & got us to a new room which was way better. breakfast ran out of hot food by 7:30am. parking lot filthy! I usually am happy with La Quinta (especially with allowing dogs!!!). this specific hotel is way, way, WAY overdue for a major renovation!

1. Pool were closed and dirty
2. Booked 2 queen bed when we got there they said we they don't have any room available
3. Cleainess were horrible
4. My other family who was staying there their sheet had stain on it

Pros:

Would not recommend, front desk staff is not helpful or knowledgeable of the property. Front desk staff told me that no one tells her anything and that the manager, " he comes to do the banking and leaves" Manny has serious problems at this property. Police presence three times in one day.
