I always enjoy staying at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. It's got history and character. It's a decent hotel but not super luxury so the prices are reasonable. I enjoy hanging out in the lobby, or in the lobby bar, it's often full of people and has a lively atmosphere. Especially fun if you're a baseball fan and you're staying there during an Orioles homestand, when the lobby and the area just outside the hotel are full of people wearing swag from both teams. I like the fact there are some food options at the hotel. I don't tend to go to the sky bar but that's a nice feature also. Generally the staff at the front desk are nice and I appreciate interacting with them (I don't like this current trend in hotels of having guests interact with kiosks instead of people). The rooms are quite adequate, again nothing fancy but they provide everything I need. Last time I stayed I actually got an upgrade which was a nice surprise; the front desk clerk gave it to me cuz I had recently joined the hotel's Stash rewards program. When taking the elevator in this hotel be sure and look at the historic photos and texts there. A lot of Baltimore history..

Absolutely loved the waitress, China, at the hotel restaurant. She was a breath of fresh air and the most kind person. She was and is top notch. Loved the vibe of the hotel lobby-felt very grand and the cafe/coffee shop was quick and the choices were excellent!
The area was unsafe, a lot of drug users were across the street. The room AC didn’t work.
Valet parking was great. I did the pre-check in so it was fast process getting our room key

About the only thing going for this hotel is the location. I requested maid service, but didn’t get it, which wasn’t a huge deal. Upon checking out, it took valet an HOUR to get my vehicle and I had to request it three times. Considering they charge $50 per night, I think service would be a little better. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel in the area.
The location to the Ravens Statdium concert venue was very good. The bed was mostly comfortable and it was a place to lay my head at the end of a long night. I suggest this hotel be revamped and cleaned throughoughly.
The room and facilities were FILTHY. The bar had knats and flies to where you could not eat. The lady tranporting food was very unsanitary. When we checked out the valet didn't have time to get cars so we had to get our own car but pay for the valet anyways.

Very aesthetically warm and eloquent. The staff were very nice and helpful. Check in was pretty quick.
It is an acquired taste, very historic feeling in the design is your looking for more of a modern feel.
The building is very nice and the cafe. The room was clean (except bathroom door) and staff helpful. Area good for the inner harbour.
The bathrooms really need upgrading. Carpets need shampooing and the bathroom door in my room really needed cleaning.
