Absolutely the worst customer service!
Pros:

Everytime I went to sleep.

The staff, the rooms had bugs and had to move rooms

Pros:

Coffee was good. Room, bed was just fine. Had a working microwave.

Cons:

Breakfast was close to non-existing. Bread available to make toast, butter available, but no jam. Cereal, but no milk or spoons. No time posted on the door, but when asked if milk was available we were told not until seven. We were there for MN State Fair competitions, seven is late. Also parking lot had debri laying around and not cared for. Water pressure in room was poor.

Pros:

When I walked in to check in the clerk was in a personal conversation. I had to stand there for more than 5 mins until she was done

Cons:

When I went to take a shower in the morning, the shower did not work. No matter what I tried I could not get the water to the shower head. The breakfast that was supposed to be set up at 6am was not even at 7am. So we ended up skipping it to go to our event

The staff were very nice and helpful

Cons:

They did not provide me a room with a microwave or a fridge. The second floor was being repaired and looked messy

Pros:

Was a great hotel to stay at. Had to make reservations last minute and they were so helpful. Will stay here again.
