Great little green paradise near Palermo
Pros:

Very nice pool with good seetings and more green area's to sit around the pool and a nice little bar.
Short distance to Palermo and parkings just outside the centre (GreenPark parking 17 minute drive!).
House was clean and very good airco in every room, kitchen was fine and also nice terras to sit but we sat by the pool almost al the time. The two bathrooms were also nice to have and the beds were good.
Sergio was a good host and there food that we had one day was fine, not much of choice but it was ok.

Cons:

Parking not free but also not expensive (10 euro a day) and safe parking behind a fence (which is important in Sicily).
Some little ants in the appartment but not a great problem.
The bed of the second room was a bit less, all the other beds (including the bunk bed for our kids) were very good!

Not paradise anymore
Pros:

I mean… at some point, it must have been nice place, but it’s not anymore. Host was nice and left as there next to pool after checkout.

Cons:

It really, really needs some proper maintenance and cleaning. Pool was cloudy and breaking up. What dissapointed me the most was fact, that host wanted 36euro for bowl of store bought pasta with store bought pesto. It suppose to be for 3 but 12 euro per portion is restaurant price, not paper plate hotel price.

bien pasable, casa un poco pequeña sin nada ,lo básico . pero el exterior precioso.
Pros:

El sitio precioso y las vistas bonitas y un sitio tranquilo.

Cons:

No tiene nevera un fallo grande ya que no puedes tener nada fresco ni nada.
La casa pequeña con baño pequeño y un poco antiguo.
Hace mucha calor ,por lo menos tiene aire acondicionado.

Great for familiy with kids, if everything is about the pool. But too expensive all together.
Pros:

The pool is very nice, and this is the best about the property. The host was welcoming and helped us with the taxi, but the offer was very limited.

Cons:

The location was not very good, you can hear the street noise even during the night. Food is poor (quantity and quality), and the accommodation too.

Very nice place to stay for a short while
Pros:

lovely location outside Palermo and beautiful garden and pool which I really appreciated after a long day travelling. I liked the old decor in the room, very Sicilian. Sergio was great and kindly drove me to the station. Thank you!

Un vero angolo di Paradiso alle porte di Palermo
Pros:

Bellissimo b&b a Palermo.Nonno Sergio e la sua Famiglia sono super accoglienti e gentili.Pulizia impeccabile. Comodo anche per il parcheggio all'interno.Ci tornerei sicuramente anche per rivedere Sergio!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The air conditioning did not work, which was especially concerning since my husband suffers from high blood pressure and cannot be in overly warm settings. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is very outdated and looks nothing like the photos online. Instead of the charming, modern feel we expected, it resembled more of a rustic log cabin. Additionally, I did not feel safe — there was a strange set of stairs with a door leading directly into our space, but we were not given a key. It felt as though anyone could walk in on us at any time.

Overall, this stay did not meet expectations on multiple levels, and I would not recommend it.

Although we didn’t even stay this fraudster refuses to return our money. If you want to stay in a dirty dingy room where the owner is around all the time like a creep this is for you if not steer clear. Look up the terrible reviews on other sites. This site is misleading
