Pros:

The Hotel manager , Carnell at front desk was exceptionally supportive and understanding of my special requests. Gave me tips to enjoy the short stay I had in the city. Very friendly staff and one feels welcome right away in the hotel.

Also the location is great and safe for late evening dinner and drinks. Tram and bus stops are right across the hotel!
Lots of restaurants and pubs within 10min walking distance.

Super clean bathroom and room!

Coffee was nice. Bathroom was fresh and clean.

Cons:

The smell of the room was very unpleasant. Despite listing a microwave in facilities there wasn’t one in our room! The breakfast if you can call it that was none existent! Some bread for toast, coffee, very warm juice! This should be listed as a grab and go not breakfast! The entrance to the hotel made us panic as to the area we were staying in! Doors are locked and a sign indicating there is no cash kept on the property don’t bode well.

The location was great, it was clean, parking was free, staff was very helpful.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location was close to the state fair and the highway.

Cons:

No pool. Breakfast was terrible, need more warmer options instead of cereal and toast. Bathroom door was broke, shower head was broke, stained ceilings. Bathrooms ARE TINY. Needs an update.

I like the convenient location to the train to use it to go to the Twins games to go to Mall of America go to the fair

Cons:

We didn’t have our room cleaned the entire time we were there we were able to exchange our towels with the front desk with the maid if we saw had to bring out our own garbage, which is fine.

Trapped in elevator, TWICE!

Cons:

Our AC unit continuously leaked on the floor, the tliet gave off a high pitched noise after flushing and did not stop until we took off the lid and hit the inside, no hot breakfast, tv was difficult to navigate, bathtub/ shower floor did not feel stable, there were dents in the bottom that popped and bowed when you stepped on them, there were tiny bugs crawling out from the grout, we were trapped in the elevator TWICE, when we went down to the front desk we saw there was a sticky note with out of order on just the 1st floor door, no other door on the other levels!
