Reasonable for price point
Pros:

Great location next to the light rail for easy access to Minneapolis/St Paul

Best price in town on a popular summer weekend between USA cup and Yacht Club

Rooms were clean and serviceable for the price point-I have stayed at way worse Days Inn properties

Cons:

Breakfast was pretty much just cereal and yogurt. Luckily there is a grocery store a 10 min walk from the property where we could get fresh produce to supplement

Pros:

The location was okay, my business was at the university, although I didn't realize that the hotel would be at the far end, so I had a walk each day. The room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was white bread toast and cold cereal, easily the most underwhelming breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. The hotel is older, and it shows. We didn't get enough towels for the number of people in our room and had to ask for more. The beds were very small "full" beds. The wall AC cooled the air enough, but it stayed clammy and humid.

Terrible breakfast, clean but drab
Pros:

I choose this place for the available parking lot since a garage can be a pain with my big SUV, but would not stay there again. It was clean but drab. Breakfast was TERRIBLE - 2 loves of white bread and a fridge of yogurt.

Just an okay stay, expected better from the high rating on booking.
Pros:

Conveniently located with a parking lot

Cons:

Felt sketchy…extra security cameras in parking lot, buzz to enter the lobby during the daytime, people loitering around the property didn’t instill a comforting feeling.

Fair price and a comfortable stay with good staff.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly. Price was right. Location was good. Refrigerator in room was great.

Cons:

There had been an incident in the parking lot the night before where many cars were broken into and so there was still glass as they were working on cleaning up. Desk offered to cancel the booking if we were uncomfortable, but honestly I think the culprits would probably move onto another hotel anyways. Also, they had put an extra camera up in the lot and posted a security guard, so I think they did all they could to respond effectively. I only mention it because it just made me a little off. It isn't a high crime area. A friend who lives there actually works around the corner and says that sounds super random because it's usually safe there unless people get rowdy coming from the stadium.

Pros:

Bathroom is small..Our air conditioner sounded like a cricket..Breakfast is lousy..No shuttle service since covid..Needs major upgrade

College visit
Pros:

Very close to where I needed to be for orientation at UMN. Location is very convenient with food options within walking distance. Price was reasonable as well. Everyone who worked the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Staff made the stay so worth it! Amazing

Pros:

Недалеко от центра, бесплатная парковка. Цена.

Cons:

Главный и основной минус это то что ночью разбили окна у 6 машин на парковке и обокрали. Нам повезло, соседу нет.
Говорят накануне было повреждено ещё две машины. С безопасностью надо что-то делать.

HOTEL NO RECOMENDADO
Pros:

No me gustó nada

Cons:

La habitación vieja, mal cuidada, las camas eran full no Queen, la llave de la ducha no funcionaba, mucho ruido en los pasillos, en general la habitación era incómoda, el baño muy pequeño.
