We did not stay we left and got another motel room at a nearby hotel
Cons:

They were supposed to have a restaurant and bar and a suite. None was the case the suite was on the second floor with no elevator. I had just had back surgery and could not do stairs. The restaurant was closed and they did not know if it will ever open same with the bar

Nice features and great location
Pros:

Staff gave our daughter a little dinosaur toy for her birthday, the pool, the location, comfortable and clean rooms

Cons:

Paper said breakfast was until 9:30 but food taken away at 9:10, took a while for someone to check us in

Pros:

Good location within 20 mins of red rocks. Waffles was good. Basic hotel, cheap price. Friendly staff. Free parking.

Cons:

Hotel is over 2 floors and doesn’t have a lift but was able to accommodate a room on the ground floor. Window was left unlocked. Not very thick bedding, although they do have storage heater that you can provide own warmth. No hand rails in shower but was able to provide a anti-slip mat on request. Few issues with key not working but was apologetic and resolved quickly. Lots of worker vans in car park, people taking outside and in hallways early morning.

Poor property
Pros:

I have stayed at this location several times in past 4 years. Each year gets worse and this will be last time. The back entrance door did not close all way huge security issue! Requested a crib and upon check in no crib even though I called day before to check. Not advise to stay here

Disappointed and feel cheated
Pros:

I've stayed at this hotel over the years and alway was very comfortable. However, I just drove acrosss country for personal business and a family emergency, not knowing they were under renovation I booked to the a King Size room in a per friendly hotel. Manu told me my room was not pet friendly and moved me from my comfortable room to one of these others saying they were better and more expensive.... I completely questioned his integrity immediately with that out right lie.... the updates are obviously not finished. This smell on this side of the the hotel burns, my dog is sneezing as I type this. I should leave, but I just drove 17hrs and after this process I just wanted a restful night in the room I paid for. I re-engaged Manu at the front desk explaining the immediate headache and burning smell from the paint. He offered me another room 2 doors down where it's even stronger.

Also, the renovations look horrible. My door has a gap and light coming through, the lamp can't be turned off due to its broken switch, and it's cable is not accessible. The mini fridge and microwave look like an efficiency downgrade, as do the beds, the chair has a huge dent jn the seat and needs replaced, and the TV is so small! This downgrade room Manu said was an upgrade feels worse than a motel 6.

Great value for the money
Pros:

We always stay at this motel when we are in the Denver area. It is clean, convenient and a great value for the money. We also enjoy the dinosaur theming. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are being updated and it was newly repainted in the halls. We stayed in a remolded room this time and it was very nice.

We enjoy the lady that does breakfast.She was very nice, very friendly and played good music!!

Cons:

We paid extra for early check in and it seems like our room was extremely small.It had an attached door, and you could hear everything in the room attached to us, even housekeeping. The person that stayed next to us was extremely loud. They did have a bunch of construction people there.They were nice as well as doing some maintenance on the building itself.So it was a little messy. We have stayed here before and truly enjoyed the breakfast. However, this stay breakfast was the same thing Every day and the cereals were only about 4 to 5. Prevously they even had biscuits and gravy for breakfast, so we were saddened to see that it was the same thing. Every day.
