When I got there the staff were super helpful with recommendations on where I could get dinner
The rooms seem to have no soundproofing so could hear my neighbors late at night very well
The location was the only perk of this hotel. It's within walking distance to many different sites like Temple Square, the Capitol and downtown. Additionally, there is two TRAX stations within a block, in both directions making it easy to get around the city.
The room was filthy, hallways to the rooms were dirty, and it took along time to get help from staff to correct the issues.
La chambre était vraiment bien avec un super accueil
Le service au restaurant n’était pas terrible. Le service du bar également
Location was great for what we wanted to do.
Parking was a bit overpriced for what was being spent on the room.
Front desk crew needs improvement is an under statement. Swimming pool advertised on line; closed for demolition. No business center to print boarding passes. Overpriced food. Some rooms didn't have drawers, small closets in other rooms. Rooms not ready at check in. Only saving grace was friendly housekeeping staff.
Beau bar
Parking a 30 dollars la journée !
Proximity to the convention center.
Expense of parking.
Clean, updated
Construction out back
Location
Dated. Beds were uncomfortable and the heating/cooling system was obnoxiously loud. Paid parking only and no breakfast or tea for the price higher then surrounding hotels which are newer, cleaner with better amenities. Even the coffee provided didn’t have cream
Alexus the lady in front desk is very friendly and professional. Congratulations
It is super close to the delta center, which was great. The beds were also super comfortable, better than most.
I was bothered that I had to pay $30 for parking and that same parking is available to those who aren't guests as well for the same price. I think as a guest , you should have free parking or much less of a price in parking. Also a complimentary breakfast is just the norm these days, so I was just unimpressed that wasn't available. Online, it did say that a complimentary breakfast is available for certain rooms, so that's kind of deceiving. It was also very odd that my bathroom was covered in hair, stuck to the walls and the ceiling. I didn't really notice it at first until I was looking, and then it was everywhere. It Al.\nMost looked as though someone had cleaned the floor with a wet rag and then cleaned the walls and it left hair on all of those things. I was confused though on how it ended up all over the ceiling. And, no I did not blow dry my hair there.
