HORRIBLE.
Pros:

We were to check out at 12 noon and at 11:39 we went to get our bags from the room and were locked out. Kaitlin was the only girl up front with numberous customers. She fixed our key then at 3 pm we came back to get our bags and an uber and she completely forgot who we were. Katlin asked if we had any reason for being at the hotel and was completely rude.
She treated us like we were homeless people and my children couldn't believe her bad disrespectful attitude. I definitely wouldn't recommend the Raddison to anyone.

Cons:

Kitlin was the rudest hotel person I've ever come across. Definitely hates her job.

As perfect as. Valet service was easy and staff very friendly

Cons:

If they told us our room key was needed to use the elevator at the front desk when we got out key it would have saved us from being “stuck” in the elevator.

Cons:

I had to change room as the air con could not be turned off, therefore the room was terrible noisy. The reception sorted this for me and were terrific.

It was in a good spot for I was doing in Salt Lake. With the train ri f at out front

Cons:

The A/C never really keep the room cold
At night it got stuffy in the room when the ac was not running

Overpriced for what was on offer.
Pros:

Location is good. Restaurant was good

Cons:

Staff were poorly trained and not very helpful. Gym is temporary (in a former meeting room), gym equipment was not in good shape. I had "Executive Lounge" access, which worked well for breakfast. But the food in the evenings was poor.
