What made my stay so great was Byron, in valet, who drove me at no charge to get me my bag that I had forgotten. He was outstanding.
Amazing experience from the staff (Joseph- valet, Renee- front desk, Sage- worlds best server, Jeremy- room service, host at Rosalie- didn’t catch her name) to the restaurant, the room, and the vibes. This is an amazing hotel that has a beautiful courtyard and great atmosphere from when you walk in the door. I loved the decor and fun sayings- this is not your normal stuffy hotel- it is a vibe and I love it and will be back !

I received a warm greeting by Bryon upon arrival. The best Valet experience I've encountered in a very long time. He was such a gentleman. He brought my luggage to my room and made me feel protected and secured like my oldest brother. It was bittersweet because it was the 37th year anniversary of his murder. But Bryon made remember the protectiveness of my brother and that warmed my heart. Also, I learned Bryon served in the Military like my Father, who also is deceased. His attentiveness and geniune care was exactly what I needed!!! Thank you Bryon!!
