The front desk staff & bar staff amazing!
The shower was bad. Half glass water shoots everywhere & not enough complimentary bathroom supplies for the price a few more would have been great.
Hotel was nice. Service was good. Very buisness driving area. There is not easily accessible restaurants by foot open on night and weekends.
The rooms are great services. Great food was great. Just be aware. There is a $20 resort fee at this location other than that all great.
This hotel was very accommodating and beautiful. The stay was nice and quiet and the Valet crew were very friendly. A special shout out to Byron.

What made my stay so great was Byron, in valet, who drove me at no charge to get me my bag that I had forgotten. He was outstanding.
Amazing experience from the staff (Joseph- valet, Renee- front desk, Sage- worlds best server, Jeremy- room service, host at Rosalie- didn’t catch her name) to the restaurant, the room, and the vibes. This is an amazing hotel that has a beautiful courtyard and great atmosphere from when you walk in the door. I loved the decor and fun sayings- this is not your normal stuffy hotel- it is a vibe and I love it and will be back !
People are friendly and Houston was great!! We enjoyed C Baldwin, bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was awesome!
