Very beautiful hotel. Just need better customer service from the receptionist.
Cons:

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the morning receptionist, Renae. I asked a simple question regarding the security deposit and was met with an attitude that came across as rude and dismissive. She appeared agitated and was very snippy during the interaction. Customer service and professionalism are important, especially when addressing questions or concerns, and this experience did not reflect that. I hope management addresses this, as respectful communication can make a big difference.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a great stay. The hotel had a shuttle to downtown and was very convenient. All the drivers were very friendly and polite. Marcus was very helpful as well. Overall very nice experience

Great location, nice staff, comfortable rooms. Great gym, bar and restaurant

Cons:

No free wifi included in the stay which is very unconventional for a business hotel.

The drapes in my bathroom and the couch in my room had very bad stains and need to be replaced. Otherwise the room was clean but these items really need a refresh.

Pros:

Our stay was lovely, truly more than I expected, and I’m very picky about my hotel choices. The room was clean, and so were the hotel and the grounds. I have no complaints, only compliments. I would definitely stay here again.
Demarco was very helpful and attentive. He assisted with our bags without us even having to ask, and he was extremely professional. We also used the shuttle one evening, and the driver was incredibly kind and professional. He made sure my son and I were safe before leaving, which I really appreciated. I hate that I didn’t catch his name.
We were heading to the immersive Game Cube inside the Highlight building and weren’t familiar with the area, so that extra care meant a lot.
Overall, I give this stay a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely recommend it.

Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Boston

Gute Lage um fußläufig downtown zu erkunden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten. Sehr komfortabel, sehr sauber und alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden.

Valet Parking möglich.

Frühstücksempfehlung außerhalb: Love Croissants in der Caroline Street.

Cons:

In der Lobby und in der angrenzenden Bar war die Klimaanlage auf 'sehr frisch' eingestellt.
