Nos encantó Oporto y la estancia .
Pros:

El alojamiento nos encantó , solo le faltaba piscina.

Cons:

Cuando nos fuimos, no nos cobraron lo que ponía en la reserva!!! Cuidado… añaden importes turísticos , y parking…. De eso no hablan en la reserva…. Pensábamos que estaba incluido

Cons:

Bom j'ai pas aimé le parking souterrain. Depuis la entrée très difficile pour retire le ticket compliqué pour sortir aussi trop de piliers. Et païen pa bien....un hôtel avec un bom parking sais très emportant..

Grand hotel - great value for money - 20 to 25 minute walk to the centre or £5 uber
Pros:

The hotel is really grand and excellent value for money… a hotel of this quality in the the UK would cost double.

The hotel bar is really nice and posh and the prices are reasonable….

Staff were really nice and helpful.

There is a supermarket across the road and a McDonald’s a five minute walk away.

Cons:

The property location is okay but to visit Porto’s attraction it would be a 20-25 minute walk but to fair Ubers are really reasonable cost £5ish to get to the centre.

Gym was very small and basic…. The heaviest weight they had was only 10kg.

El trato desde la llegada hasta la salida del hotel es excepcional ya no hay hoteles con la profesionalidad de todosus empleadoa desde los empleadoa del Bar el.restaurante o la recepcion lo situan como un hotel de lujo atendido por profesionales de verdad Un ejemplo es Miguel en recepcion un profesional de autentico lujo ,te asesora ayuda como todos .por desgracia mucha de la.clientela no estan a la.altura de este hotel ,
