Sprzątanie : byłem 7 nocy ręczniki - wymieniane - na minus o wytarcie kurzu z biurka - prośbę pisałem palcem na zakurzonym biurku ... przed 7 nocą zadziałała. Tabliczka którą należy położyć na łóżku żeby obsługa zmieniła pościel - nie jest skuteczna

Our stay was deeply disappointing and fell well below what I would reasonably expect from a hotel charging at this level.

The problems began before we had even entered the hotel. As we drove into the car park, another vehicle was attempting to leave through the same entrance. The signage and traffic flow were unclear, and this proved to be indicative of a wider problem throughout our stay: many aspects of the hotel appear to have been designed without sufficient thought being given to how guests are actually expected to use them.

I want to make clear from the outset that the staff were consistently friendly, polite and helpful. Indeed, the staff were probably the best part of our experience. Unfortunately, they appeared to spend a considerable amount of their time compensating for facilities, systems and processes that simply did not work as they should.

Once we reached our room, we encountered one problem after another.

The telephone did not work, meaning that we could not simply contact Reception and instead had to physically return there whenever we needed assistance or information. There was no printed information in the room explaining hotel facilities or guest services; this could only be accessed through the television, which is hardly practical when another guest is actually watching it. To their credit, a member of staff subsequently brought us a hard copy.

The bath did not work properly. The air-conditioning was extremely cold, yet there appeared to be no guest-controlled means of adjusting it. We therefore had to ask for someone to come to the room simply to alter the temperature. An engineer was required to do something that, in most hotels, a guest would reasonably expect to be able to control themselves.

The window blinds worked. Regrettably, that was one of the few things in the room that seemed to operate straightforwardly.

Our experience as guests travelling with a dog was particularly unsatisfactory.

Ya me había alojado en el hotel en otras dos ocasiones muy satisfactoriamente. En esta ocasión nos dieron una habitación con una cama pequeña, oscura, incómoda y el colchón como blando/gastado. Un frío polar ya que el aire acondicionado fue imposible de apagar o parar, incluso desconectando toda la electricidad.

3. из номера при уборке пропали пижамы, персонал не заметил и забрал вместе с бельем. Но деньги вернули и мы купили новые

They didnt provide parking inspite of informing in advance. Aircons werent working in the rooms or hotel certain areas.

Zimmer zum Teil sehr klein. Der kleine Schreibtisch konnte man nur als Ablage nutzen, aber nicht um ein Notebook daraufzustellen, um zu arbeiten. Der Platz zum Bett war einfach nicht ausreichend. Beim Frühstück gab es nur Kapsel Maschinen. Bei dieser Preislage erwarte ich einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Das ist zwingend.
