Das Hotel ist nicht das billigste der Preis lohnt sich.
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, gleich in der Stadt, zum Guggenheim Museum 15 Minuten, perfekt.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist überschaubar, für spanische Verhältnisse großzügig. Alles frisch nachgelegt. Tische immer gleich sauber die Kellner sehr aufmerksam.

Pros:

Location, underground car park. Staff helpful when the air conditioning didn’t work in our first room.

Pros:

Staff were helpful, curious and friendly.
They have an underground car park but you must prebook.
Breakfast is good overall.
Hotel is located 2 minutes from metro and shops are all walkable as is the main tourist attractions.
So many place to eat and drink, you will not go hungry.

Cons:

As mentioned Breakfast is good overall but caffe latte was poor, like warm and only three quarters full.
Their scrambled eggs was more liquid form which I've never seen in a spanish hotel.
No pineapple juice as well as no bananas which if you need potassium then they are one of the best to have.
The pillows on our beds are way too fat.

La cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado haber podido hablar màs en euskera con los empleados del hotel.
Si el chico tan majo de recepción que hablaba euskera estaba ocupado, no era posible.
Sin embargo cualquier extranjero puede interactuar en inglès con cualquier empleado.
