Very nice facilities, staff was very attentive to your every need. The room was spacious. The location is excellent for someone to be in the middle of the city. Taxi, subway, all very handy.
The AC was not very good. We complained about it from day 1. Finally we were moved to another which was a little better, but not truly comfortable. It never got below 24° (75°f at the thermostat), so within the room it was probably 25 or 26 (77 or 79°f).
Teppichböden
The central location was a 15 - 20 minute walk from major sights, such as Old Town Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum. Additionally, the hotel is very close to shopping and dining options. The restaurant in the hotel provides tasty, creative meals.
The facilities were well maintained, and all service was provided in a thoughtful manner. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
The elevators were a challenge at times.

La literie et les dimensions du lit . Le personnel qui ne cherche pas à communiquer si on ne parle ni anglais ni espagnol ( personnel de l accueil) le personnel du petit déjeuner beaucoup plus professionnel.
A very comfortable, welcoming and clean hotel in a fabulous location for everything in Bilbao. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant and speak very good English. Our standard twin room was spacious and well appointed - the beds were large and very comfortable, plenty of storage space , coffee machine , iron and ironing board etc. plenty of plug sockets / light switches etc including close to the beds.
The bathroom was large with a shower and bath. Nice little touches such as fresh water left everyday , good quality soap , shampoo etc and a selection of emergency kits in the bathroom. The roof terrace has amazing panoramic views and is a lovely place to sit for a drink.
At face value the breakfast seemed a little expensive ( not booked with our room ) compared with other local options - we didn’t stay to eat the breakfast for that reason.

Beautiful and classy rooftop with good gins & tonics.
Small yet expensive rooms.
The bed was way too small for two and with my 1m88 tall, my feet were outside the bed. Did not sleep very well due to this.
For the parking, be aware that you need to book it in advance. It is also very small... Fortunately the parking located nearby at indautxu plaza is not too small and is rather cheap.
