A lovely stay at hotel Ercilla de Bilbao

The staff in the Bar Americano were so kind and helpful. They just made us feel so welcome and created such a relaxed atmosphere.

Pros:

朝食が最高に美味しかったです。生ハムがとても美味しく、蜂の巣そのものからのハチミツなど(毎日ではない)驚きのものもありました。
スタッフの方は皆さんプロフェッショナルで、目配りが本当に細やかでした。
地元友人のお薦めでしたが最高のビルバオ滞在になりました。
